It is a balanced lifestyle that includes an emphasis on the body,
mind and spirit.

• The overall purpose of any wellness program is to improve health and productivity of the staff and
reduce health-related costs by helping employees change towards a healthy lifestyle.
Objectives:
• To determine how employers/employees perceive the health and wellness needs of the workplace

• To determine the health and wellness needs of employees [anonymous surveys]
• To identify and design wellness services for CEPM

The overall aim of the interventions of the wellness program is to improve the health outcomes
of staff.

7. CONCLUSION
• There is much that needs to be done to improve the health, safety and well-being of workers
in Companies. Employees are the most valuable assets to any company.
• Wellness Programs improves morale, reduce absenteeism, and add to the health and longevity
of each employee.
• Wellness Programs are instrumental in keeping people on a healthy living path, especially in
office environments where the employees are bound for significant portions of the day.
