WHAT IS ASH?
Ash is oxidized form of the mineral matters
present in coal. Typical ash composition : SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, CaO, MgO etc. Coal with more SiO2 & Al2O3, Ash MP > 1400C Coal with more Fe2O3, CaO & MgO, Ash MP < 1100C

ASH UTILISATION
Fly ash bricks / blocks Cellular concrete products In manufacture of cement and asbestos products Road construction Embankment/back fills/land development Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) In agriculture Mine filling Extraction of Cenospheres
SUGGESTION
USE OF WATER TO BE RESTRICTED
PUMP LEAKAGE TO BE AVOIDED DRY ASH COLLECTION SYSTEM TO BE
PROMOTED AS MORE AS POSSIBLE MORE UTILIZATION OF DRY ASH ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS OF TYPICAL PROBLEMS & THEIR MODIFICATIONS IS VERY NECESSARY FOR GETTING BETTER PERFORMANCE.
THANK YOU !!
