INTRODUCTION
Outbound Training (OBT), also known as Outbound Learning (OBL), is
an innovative approach to team building and personal development. It
utilizes experiential learning, outdoor activities, and adventure sports.

This year's ISSM OBT training took place in “Area 83”. Area 83
Bangalore Resort is a premier destination located on the outskirts of
Bangalore, India.
OBJECTIVES
• OBT enhances employee and team behaviours, leading to improved
organizational performance.

• It revolves around activities designed to improve leadership,


communication skills, performance, planning, change management,
delegation, teamwork, and motivation.

BALLON BUST
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, the member of the team must blow the balloon and bust it by sitting on it.
Member of the team has to do the activity one by one has a team.
LEARNINGS:
 Communication and communication.
 Stability.
 Agility.
GOLDEN BALL
INTRODUCTION:
It is an activity where a member of a team must guide another member who is
blindfolded without any vocal communication. He will then pass the information
through the same gesture to another blindfolded member and so on till it reaches the
final member who will pick up the ball.
LEARNINGS:
 Team coordination.
 Handling stressful situations.
 Listening to the given order.
 Strategy.
 Practice makes humans perfect.
FROG JUMP
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, a few team members have to crawl and jump as a frog and
reach the given finish line. We have to crawl for few times and jump for few
times to reach the finishing line.

 Team Motivation.
 Put the best man to complete the work.
 Trust.

CONE PASSING
INTRODUCTION:
The cone passing game is a fun activity where participants have to pass the
cone over the head and has to give the cone behind who is sitting behind the
passing people. It’s a tag team game and overall, it’s an engaging game for the
teams.
LEARNINGS:
 Agility.
 Self believes.
 Don’t forget the rules.
MELTDOWN
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, 8 members of the team must stand on an unsteady platform and
must jump and duck as per the coming obstacles.
LEARNINGS:
 Agility.
 Observation.
 Quick thinking.
 Predicting.
ARCHERY TAG
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, we have to push the brick stuck in the platform by firing an
arrow from the bow which is on the opposition team’s side while they are
doing the same which will be on our side at the same time. The first team to
get all the bricks will be the winner.

 Communication.
 Team Co-ordination.
 Quick decision making.
 Strength.
ARCHERY TAG
INTRODUCTION:
Human Foosball, also known as real-life foosball, takes the classic tabletop
game to a whole new level. Imagine playing foosball, but instead of plastic
players, genuine people occupy the rods. The goal of the game is to score as
many goals as possible and block the goals made by the opposite team.
LEARNINGS:
 Adaptability.
 Team Co-ordination.
 Team collaboration.
 Don’t take your opponent lightly.
BUBBLE SOCCER
INTRODUCTION:
Players wear an inflatable bubble that covers their upper body and head. The
goal is to score like in regular soccer, but with a twist: you’re holding onto the
rod while trying to kick the ball and also make sure that the opposite team
doesn’t score the goal.

TREE CLIMBING
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, 2 members of the team have to climb a tree individually in a
short time compared to other teams.

KAYA KING
INTRODUCTION:
In this activity, the members will split into teams of 2 and must row a boat by
competing against the opposite team. The must follow the given path and must
finish the race before the other team.
