Terms & Condition

o The data , Inputs must be shared in digital form. The Compliance activity shall be carried out at
Prompt’s office.
o The delay in receiving the inputs shall have direct impact on the compliance. Any data received after
5 pm shall be processed in the following working day.
o The visit date of enforcement officers to the establishments must be informed well in advance.
o The invoice shall be raised on 15th of the same month and within 7 working days the same is
expected to be settled.
o All meetings shall happen on video calls. In person meetings shall be avoided as much as possible.
o A dashboard of Compliance Position can be shared on Monthly basis to the Company.
o GST will be applicable
o The assignment shall be reviewed after 6 months of commencement the scope of work efforts
required and the upward fee revision shall be reviewed, later every 12 months the revision of 10%
fees shall be applicable.
