FEEDBACK

It's a process that follows a logical decision-

making path. Feedback is an important part of all design

projects, and can make or break it. It builds trust, and allows clients

to see the process and understand why their project is the way it is.
Sticky notes must be
attractive.

Issues when receiving feed back

Don't acknowledge the feedback

Immediately leave the situation
Take it personally
Don't listen
Became angry
User Feed Back
➥User feedback is qualitative and quantitative data from customers
on their likes, dislikes, impressions, and requests about a product.

➥Collecting and making sense of user feedback helps to make

improvements based on what their users need

➥It opens the door for team members, clients, and stakeholders to
review and analyze a design idea.

➥It lets you know what's working, what's not working, and how
things can be improved.
Customer feedback helps to improve
Why customer retention.

user feedback ? Customer feedback helps improve products

and services.

Customer feedback gives you data that

helps taking business decisions.

Collecting customer feedback shows you

value their opinions.

Customer feedback is a reliable source for

information to other consumers.

Feedback
Based on the production
and related to Product we will
say it as Productive feedback.
Productive feedback is constructive and
aimed at helping the recipient improve or
excel in their work or performance.

It focuses on specific aspects that are

working well and provides suggestions for areas that need improvement.
Productive feedback is typically objective, actionable, and delivered in a
respectful and supportive manner. It aims to foster growth and development
without causing undue stress or negativity.
Based on the
business & organization’s
products that public uses and
getting feed back so that it can be
the improvement for the business growth.
Agreeable feedback is positive and
encouraging in nature. It highlights the
strengths, achievements, and positive
qualities of the recipient.

This type of feedback often reinforces the good work or behavior

that the individual is displaying, boosting their morale and
motivation. However, it's important for agreeable feedback to be
genuine and specific, rather than just general praise, to have a
meaningful impact.
Restraining
Feedback
Related to information about the
feedback is called Restraining feedback.

Based on the information and

comments we can take detailed and
important feedbacks and taking vital
facts.

The vital info’s of feed back is said to

be Restraining Feedback.
Toxic Feedback
Related to negative feedback [-ve
Feedback]
Toxic feedback has some problem
because the product is not good
means it leads to failure. And the
users who uses it will say negative bad comments
to it, So, due to this reasons the product
consumption of the users may be gets reduced.
Toxic feedback is detrimental and harmful in nature. It often
includes personal attacks, insults, or unconstructive criticism.
Toxic feedback can undermine confidence, create hostility, and
hinder growth. It lacks specificity and is usually focused on
belittling or demeaning the recipient rather than providing
helpful insights. This type of feedback should be avoided, as it
can have severe negative consequences on individuals' mental
well-being and performance.

may lead to some bad ( or ) negative feedbacks.

Observe User
Interaction:

Actively watch how users engage

with your product. This can reveal
valuable insights into their
behaviors, preferences, and
challenges, helping you understand
how they use your product in real-
world situations.
Avoid Over-Reliance on Surveys:

While surveys can provide valuable data, they

might not capture the full user experience.
Combine surveys with other methods, like
direct observations or interviews, to gain a
more holistic understanding.
Use Open-Ended Questions:

When seeking feedback, ask questions that

require users to provide detailed responses.
Open-ended questions encourage users to
express their thoughts and feelings in their own
words, providing deeper insights.
Target Neutral Users:

Seek feedback from users who don't

have strong biases towards your
product. Their neutral perspective can
offer more balanced and objective
feedback, helping you see both
strengths and areas for improvement.
Embrace
Feedback Openly:

Approach feedback with a positive

attitude. Be receptive to both
positive and constructive feedback,
as this information can guide you in
refining your product and enhancing
the user experience.
By incorporating these strategies, you'll

be better equipped to gather meaningful

feedback that can guide your

product's growth and development.

Cognitive walkth
rough
•A cognitive walkthrough is a usability testing

method in which designers ask key questions and

work through the tasks of their intended user to

identify how usable their product is.

Real-time task based test
➥ It conducted for company or firm employees

➥ It’s a method for managing performance

throughout the year, rather than containing it to
annual performance reviews.

➥ It can capture the day-to-day, project-to-project

performance and continuously find opportunities to
better it through course correction and guidance.
Heuristic evaluation

Heuristic evaluation is a
thorough assessment of a
product’s user interface, and its
purpose is to detect usability
issues that may occur when
users interact with a product
and identify ways to resolve
Competitive or Comparative Review
A competitive review is an assessment of your product or service
against those offered by competitors. It involves analyzing features,
pricing, performance, and other aspects to identify strengths and
weaknesses in comparison.

A comparative review, on the other hand, involves comparing two

or more products, services, or concepts to highlight their
similarities and differences. It may focus on benefits, drawbacks,
or unique features of each item being compared.
Asynchronous-task
✒ An asynchronous user test is one where
based tests the tasks are laid out in some type of survey
and users are asked to go through them at
their own pace.

✒ What makes this different from just

sending surveys is a video element of
recording the user’s screen to see where
they are clicking and to hear what they may
be saying.
Teaching:
Teaching is the process of imparting knowledge, skills, values, and attitudes to learners. It involves
the facilitation of learning by a teacher or instructor who provides information, guidance, feedback,
and support to students in order to help them acquire and apply new knowledge and skills.

Teaching can take place in a variety of settings, such as schools, universities, vocational training
centers, and online platforms. Effective teaching involves the use of appropriate teaching strategies,
assessment methods, and instructional materials that are tailored to the needs and interests of
learners, and that promote active engagement and critical thinking.

The ultimate goal of teaching is to enable learners to become independent and lifelong learners who
can use their knowledge and skills to achieve their personal and professional goals.

The three most common innovation challenges in
design thinking are people desirability, business
viability and technical feasibility

Challenges of Teachers can become skilled at identifying standards

relevant to their student work early on
EDT Teaching

People think there is a hard, fast rule to the process.

Often results in teachers becoming hesitant to take on

design thinking; they view it as a significant
investment of instructional time with unknown results.
