FOR PARENTS
 If you have any concern, please ask the teacher (adviser) first.
 Do not message any foul words or any words
that might offend the parents and teachers in the group chat of the class.
 After class, please check your child’s notebook (sometimes I write
feedback in the learners’ notebook)
 If you have any problem with your child’s classmate, do not talk to the
child alone.
 Please do not make unnecessary noise inside the school.
 Be aware of cyber bullying, do not take photos of the other children if
you do not have any consent.

grade. On account of regulations, It’s the
lowest achievable mark on a learner’s
report card. Moreover, in each quarter,
students in Grades 1-12 are evaluated
based on:
•Performance tasks
•Written work

DepEd Promotion
and Retention
Final Grade of 75 or higher in all learning areas promotes the student to the next
grade level. The figures below specifies the guidelines to be followed for learners’
promotion and retention as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015.
