    PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCE
    First Quarter
    November 17, 2023

    PRELIMINARIES:
    The first PTC meeting started at 2:30 pm with a short prayer. I started the meeting by presenting the different
    Agenda:
     School Uniform, ID, Student Behavior (Tardiness), Discipline
     Grading System
     Approved School Fees (Voluntary Basis)
    -Homeroom PTA- P50.00
    -General PTA- P50.00
    -Philippine Red Cross – Insurance Fee (60.00); Ticket (20.00)
     School Organization (Share for English 45.00; Filipino 45.00)
     Planetarium (250.00); Venue: Gymnasium; December 7
    OTHERS:
     Christmas Party
     Awarding of Academic Excellence Awardees

    PROCEEDINGS:
     Informed the parents regarding the school uniform. As of the moment, no updates regarding the
    renewal of school uniform. Strongly reiterated that their children should wear white t-shirt as their
    uniform.
     Distributed also the ID’s of the learners and reminds the parents to encourage their children to wear it
    daily.
     It was reiterated that after 3 consecutive tardiness, as school policy, their children will be sent in the
    Guidance office to secure admission slip and require guidance counselor intervention.
     I discussed the different school fees approved by authorities. I reiterated that all the fees to be
    collected will be on VOLUNTARY BASIS.
     Some parents wants and agreed to donate more than 50 pesos to buy water dispenser.
     I reiterated their donations to HPTA and PTA fee since it is their Token of Accomplishment as
    Member of the PTA and supportive stakeholders of our school
     I also mentioned the School Organization Fees worth P45.00 each for English and Filipino
    respectively. I provided the parents the importance of having a school organization which is translated

    through the Official Publication of the School which is “Aroo” for both Filipino and English
    Department.
     I also discussed the upcoming School Planetarium worth 250.00.
     Some of my parents pledged to donate foods during the Christmas Party. One parent suggested that
    those who will not donate will be identified and they will give their donation in monetary. The
    donation will be used further for the celebration.
     I observed that my parents were blessed and joyful as they receive the fruit of labor of their children
    being one of the academic awardees. I reiterated that without their full support, their awards won’t be
    possible.
     I also showcased some of the different activities implemented by their children as a proof that they
    are doing their best effort to do their academic endeavor.
     The first PTC meeting ended at 4:00 pm
    AGREEMENT
     Parents were proactive in terms of paying the school fees.
     Parents will share their donations to be used in the Christmas Party.
     I will provide communication informing parents to give their donation be in monetary aspect or in kind.
