 To round a decimal number, determine first

the rounding place and the digit to the right
of the rounding place.

 The Rounding place is the digit which we

will either round up or round down
depending on the digit to its right.
 If the digit to the right of the rounding place
is 5 or more, add 1 to the rounding place.
(ROUND UP)

 If the digit to the right of the rounding place

is less than 5, retain or copy the digit on the
rounding place. (ROUND DOWN)
 Do not forget to drop or remove all the
digits after the rounding place.

 Copy all the digits at the left of the rounding

place.
