Define the Health

 Health can be define as the state of being


free from illness or injury, fitness,
healthiness, robustness, soundness.
 According to WHO health is a complete state
of physical, mental, social, psychological
and spiritual well being and not merely the
absence of disease or infirmity.

Mobile Health

 Occupational, primary care and wellness


services in a patient cantered environment.
 The services are offered to the community
with collaboration of national and international
doners.

Health status of Pakistan

 Pakistan ranks 154th among 195 countries in terms of quality and accessibility of
healthcare, according to a Lancet study.
 Pakistan per capita income (PPP current international $, 2013)
 The total expenditure on health per capita (intl $, 2014) is $129, which is only 2.6% of
GDP (2014)
 The gender inequality in Pakistan is 0.536 and ranks the country 147 out of 188 countries
(2004)
 Expenditure in health Pakistan in 2018 was mostly Out of Pocket spending (OOPS), which
is around 56.2% followed by the Government health spending's 35.5%.

Double Burden of Disease

Pakistan is currently facing the double burden of communicable (38%) and non-
communicable diseases (49%) according to WHO NCD Country Profiles 2014.
 Statistics reveal that the incidences of communicable diseases
 Tuberculosis
 Malaria
 Dengue fever
 Typhoid
 Viral hepatitis
 Fungi and parasites

Conclusion

 Health is refers to physical, social, psychological and spiritual well being.


 Mobile health is the services in a patient cantered environment.
 Health Benefits are interconnect with healthy habits
 Impact of Bad Habits on Health will trigger to acute and chronic diseases
 Health status of Pakistan is indicating health issues within the country.
 Double Burden of Disease indicates variables that impact the community.
