depending on his or her personal aspirations and
work characteristics.
🠶It is really up to the person at the end of the day on
what career trail he or she will follow, considering
all compelling career factors that are important to
him or her.

among Filipinos. The industries in the economic zones
and other urban centers could not accommodate the
growing employable people.
🠶Entrepreneurship consist of vast career options
depending on the passion and field of interest of the
entrepreneur.

Example: Xiaomi and Apple
It was in 2014 when Jony Ive, chief design officer of global technology
titan Apple, used the word “theft” to describe what Xiaomi was good at.
China’s Xiaomi is commonly the target of folks who believe it’s good at
copying rival Apple. When it comes to Mi smartphones. It’s a question

about the changes to be made in the organization.
The Fabian entrepreneur is timid and cautious.
He imitates other innovations only if he is certain that
failure to do so may damage business.
Example: An example of a Fabian entrepreneur
is Tom Anderson who is a second-generation
entrepreneur and does not want to take the risk. He
prefers a stable business. Another example is Kongo
Gumi, a 40th generation Fabian Entrepreneur in
Osaka, Japan

Drone is “a person who lives on the labor of
others.”
His entrepreneurial activity may be restricted
to just one or two innovations. He refuses to adopt
changes in production even at the risk of reduced
returns.

of business activity and show no inclination in

Example: Borancchini’s Bakery is an example of

transformation in various fields including education, health,
human rights, workers’ rights, environment and enterprise
development.
Social entrepreneurship is the process by which individuals,
startups and entrepreneurs develop and fund solutions that
