really i also don't think its helping that me/cfs has been hitting really hard recently. I just feel so limited in what I can do, I don't know how to not fall behind, and then on top of that I go through periods like this where even if I wanted to reach out I have 30-40 minutes before I can't speak or type or think. And then my body is worse for it
