and since i see this brought up often when i make these posts:

  • for pc and mac users, there's a perpetual license option; you do NOT have to get a subscription to use clip studio unless you're on an ipad
  • you can forever own the version of the program you buy; if a future version has things you want, you will be able to upgrade for a discount
  • future update releases won't make your current version unusable. you simply won't have the features any new release will include. for example, i will not be upgrading from ver 3 to ver 4 because i'm not interested in the new features
  • pro is for illustrations, character art, concept work; ex has handy tools for comics, webtoons and animation. both can make use of their 3d assets

Just... gosh honestly... I am lost for words...

I legit teared up seeing this ask cause oh my gosh.

My whole thing is not only to post my ideas and doodles, but to also hopefully inspire others to create as well. So knowing you made an OC inspired by one of my own? It's honestly such a high honor in my eyes as a hobby artist.

And just... I saw your OC design and gosh it's so cute...

  1. Yep - they come in different shapes, colors, heights, weights, physical builds, etcetera etcetera etcetera. I had designed two skelinktons before (never posted them), one which was fully warm colors and the other all cool colors. So anything is possible for colors and the combinations of sizing! It sometimes tends to line up with where they were formed though, but not all of the time! ~
  2. Skelinktons are always formed where there's a lot of condensed, high amount of magic in one area over a span of time. The longer it takes for the skelinkton to form, the more stable their form isโ€ฆ most of the time. Certain types of traits just naturally make a form less stable, like any amount of the Determination trait is present in their soul, then their body is usually less stable even if it takes them years to form initially. The magic can be naturally in the area or can be a forced amount of magic onto ink or paint. The soul is pretty much solidified ink that has harden with magicโ€ฆ like in the way diamonds are formed with enough heat and pressure. Which actually leads into the next questionโ€ฆ ~
  3. Their origin is tricky. I never really thought of a good way to organically have them come to be in PJ's whole story since his creation is outside of the usual. What I have for now is that in a world where either magic just is a common thing or an AU where it's after the pacifist ending in Undertale (in a distant future), there was a shipping facility that was creating and storing specially magic infused ink and/or paint, didn't store it properly when making a batch (or had a bad batch that they justโ€ฆ pushed off into a corner and didn't monitor it) andโ€ฆ a few skelinktons were born from that. Took a few months to even notice something weird was happening, and not much of a commotion was made until they were fully formed (though, like PJ, most skelinktons are fully formed by the time they would hit toddler age, between 3 and 5). This first batch would be very tinyโ€ฆ the tallest one would probably reach to 2 feet (around 61 cm) if they were properly fed and cared. But after news would break out about this, there would be several places that would try their hand at creating them too. Maybe at some point in the future when the first round of skelinktons want their own kids, they would also try to replicate the way they were born and the rest would be history. But that's just me trying to think of a way this could work - so not sure how good of an explanation of that is really! XD (That all could be a bad idea for all I know! So for your story you can get creative on how skelinktons were formed in your world!) ~
  4. All skelinktons that I would make can only eat art materials like crayons, marker ink, paints, etc etc. However, like how there's limitless possitiblities for AUs out there, there could be skelinktons out there that can digest other types of foods - because there are AU varients of PJ out there that can eat normal food too!

But gosh - I'm so shocked that you would love to add other skelinktons to your story! Thank you for the questions and I hope you have a great day! (Also your English in this ask is good!!)

This may be a bit of an odd choice, but we have decided that in order to incorporate the major aus, we would allow some members to rp as those aus. The Violet Banquet - A UTMV RP Event

The Official Announcement.

Proposal to the UTMV Community to Revitalize the Fandom:

On February 12, 2016, Muffet's Love Ball RP was hosted. This was a huge step for the UTMV Community.

In modern times, the amount of UTMV content has started to slow down. I believe that if we do a similar event, we can create a surge in the UTMV community and bring back a lot of activity.

We have organized "The Violet Banquet," a spiritual successor to Muffet's Love Ball that aims to revitalize the server.

The First Violet Banquet will be held on the 9th anniversary of Love-Ball from February 12, 2025 (12AM EST) to February 16, 2025 (11:59 PM). We will then host another Violet Banquet, learning from our previous run, on the 10th anniversary (February 12, 2026), pulling all the stops to create a truly sans-ational event.

Please, follow the official tumblr, join the Discord server, and spread the word about the event! We need all the help we can get!

Our Discord Server is already active and we already have people rping, though not in the main event as of yet. In addition, we will be hosting various events and art contests, and some winners may be featured during the event.

To be honest - I thought PJ was going to be an audition-able character XD

And I'm totally fine with that for this event!

Reason? I won't be able to really participate this RP event... got some major irl stuff and projects lined up at the same time this happens! All good on my end - it's just bad timing.

Though that's why I was planning to, if I was able to hop in and out of the event quickly, to RP as Gaiden! (A skelinkton I made at first as an April Fools thing but they turned to be their own thing at the end!) A super multiverse hopper springing into the Violet Banquet at random times? Yep - that's in line with Gaiden XD

So yep - I'm totally fine with PJ being an audition-able character for this event - and thank you for asking! :D (edit: Adding the link to main post about event here as well XD)

Minecraft stream, making a greenhouse

So last time I tried to make a greenhouse, realized i didn't have the materials to do it. We are so back now and we got all the materials we need. So I'll be live streaming it. I've had my current blog theme for a long while... but for the last few YEARS - the asks text color on my blog keeps getting overwritten and showing two shades at once XD So... time to find another usable theme! Might have to flip to the default theme for a moment while I find one but yep. Rip to an era. Just need to make sure all my extra pages don't just vanish into the void!

By the way - got the new Tumblr theme set up now!

No changes to the 'inside Tumblr app' version of it... but on desktop... found a nice theme to use!

Will chill out with this theme for a bit, but it was due for an update!
