I tried to find this emoji yesterday only to realized it does not exist?

the kind of constrained somewhat pitying smile you give to a friend when they say something a little insane, like when they imply they've made and drank an entire starbucks venti cup of steamed milk.

I think this is a pretty common, if somewhat a little complex, expression and I draw it all the time. I just think it's kinda weird we have melting face emoji before we have an expression I give to my friends at least five times a day.
