There's a reason we shipped Hansry ever since KCD1.

Even when you speak to Hans at his camp before the wedding, you can tell that he regrets leaving Henry. He's just still got too much pride to apologise. He'll let you eat his food, sleep in his bed and greets you the next morning. He's still using "we" when talking about getting into the wedding, when at the pillory it's all "I'll get to Von Bergow on my own".
