In the past year, how have you stood up for a free Palestine?

(poll is intended to spotlight @ahmedpalestine Ahmed's gofundme, more information below)

I made this poll to spotlight Ahmed's vetted gofundme. Here is his story:

My name is Ahmed Khader, a 29-year-old from Gaza, now living in Belgium. I left in 2019 to build a better life and support my family, but they remain trapped in Gaza, facing constant bombings and danger. On October 7th, the war forced them to flee to a refugee camp, but safety is still out of reach.

Ahmed's Gofundme is sitting at 💷4k out of a 55k goal. His GFM is very low and needs both attention and support. Please, reblog and/or donate. Everything helps. May our love and support for Palestinians outmatch our disgust at the Zionist entity.

You are our only hope. Without your help, we cannot do anything for our families in Gaza. Thank you for your support and solidarity.

Cry for Help from Beneath the Rubble

No words can describe the suffering we endure here in Gaza. Life no longer feels like life. Today, with the border crossings closed once again and humanitarian aid halted, our suffering has doubled. Even the most basic necessities have become an unattainable luxury.

Like thousands of other families, my family struggles to survive in this nightmare. We live among the rubble, carrying water from long distances because our infrastructure has been destroyed. Prices have skyrocketed, making food and medicine nearly impossible to afford.

Every day is a new battle, and every moment without food, medicine, or hope adds to our pain. We ask for nothing but the right to live, the right to safety, and the right to find someone who will stand with us in this darkness.

To everyone who can help, to every heart that beats with compassion my family needs you. Every contribution, no matter how small, could mean the difference between life and death. Please, don’t leave us alone in this suffering.

Today it’s us, tomorrow it could be you. Life goes around, and every act of love comes back multiplied.

No one is too strong to need help, and no one is too small to give it. Your kindness fills us with hope!

The size of your help doesn't matter; what truly counts is the love with which you give it. Thank you for being part of our story.

Humanitarian Appeal for My Family in Gaza

This is a tragedy unseen by the world, where darkness, hunger, and disease prevail, and life becomes nothing more than a desperate attempt to survive.

I am launching this campaign to support my family in this unbearable crisis, and I urge you to help in any way you can. Every donation can be a lifeline for them. Do not let their voices fade into the darkness they need us now more than ever.

Jabalia… the camp of martyrs. This is what remains of our homes. This image shows the destruction of Jabalia Camp after the occupation forces withdrew. With every shattered stone, thousands of stories and dreams were buried. My family was displaced to the south, but even with the ceasefire beginning, the pain continues.

Returning to the camp offers nothing but scenes of devastation—no shelter, no water, no electricity, no schools, and no hospitals.

My family is living in indescribably harsh conditions. With the war ending and the truce beginning, we desperately need a helping hand to rebuild our lives. Your support can make a real difference—it can provide my family with a place to stay, clean water, and a path to live with dignity.

Every donation, no matter how small, plants hope and restores a part of the life we’ve lost.

Let’s not give up, let’s keep going, my friends. In the saddest moments, true friendship is revealed, and that’s what you show me every day with your support. Thank you.

@ahmedpalestine urgently needs to reach his next short-term goal of $15,000 to improve his family's living conditions. They are currently in a tent that offers no protection, safety, or access to hot water. This is a critical situation, and it's important to remember that this is the only source of income his family can rely on. I urge you to donate and share the campaign link with your friends and family. Your support can make a significant difference for my brother Ahmed, and I know you have the power to help.

If you can’t donate, simply sharing this message might reach a kind heart that can bring relief. Never underestimate the power of kindness you might be the reason my family’s life changes for the better. Thank you to everyone who has supported, contributed, and stood by us. Because of you, hope remains alive! ❤️

The world begins a new year, full of dreams and hopes, exchanging greetings and smiles. Meanwhile, our people in Gaza enter it burdened with tears and wounds.

How can a new year bring anything good to those who spent the past year under bombardment, hunger, and fear? How does a new year begin while the bodies of children shiver from the cold, the faces of mothers are exhausted from weeping, and fathers bow their heads before their families, unable to provide even a piece of bread or a blanket to shield them from the bitter night chill?

In Gaza, the new year does not signify change or a fresh beginning. It is an extension of pain, another page in the book of tragedy that has been open for decades. There are no celebrations here, no lights hung, no decorated trees, only darkness suffocating the breath. Mothers bury their children with tears, and souls leave this world in silence, unnoticed by anyone.

What kind of world begins its year with joy while ignoring an entire people being annihilated under the rubble? What conscience allows a new year to begin while Gaza drowns in blood, hunger, and cold?

How long will we carry this burden alone? How much longer will Gaza’s children hold blankets instead of toys, searching for a piece of bread instead of a gift? Stop this war. Stop this oppression. These are souls, they are human beings, they are a people crying out every day: We, too, deserve life.

Your support means the world to us.

It is Christmas week or more accurately, it is the holiday season. Almost all around the world, there are going to be fesitivities: gift giving and then fireworks to welcome the new year. However things are not really the same in Gaza- for instead of fireworks, there would be bombs lightning up the sky. I just want to say that, this is not the time to give up. This is not the time to be exhausted. Please keep organizing, keep protesting and keep boycotting. And of course in the spirit of Christmas, in this festive season, consider donating to @ahmedpalestine . There hasn't been any donation for the last 5 days! So please try and let this week bring some relief to the family. This fundraiser has been shared around since August and it is still only at 12.3k at the moment. Please let us at least try to get Ahmed and his family to 13k . please boost and donate.

My friends, as the year comes to an end, let’s give my family a chance for a new beginning and hope for a better life. Your donation today could be the greatest gift to save them from their suffering. Let’s end this year with an act of kindness that truly makes a difference.
