Am I considered a vigilante or just an ominous eye in the sky that sometimes intervine with everyone's minor life desicions ?

Not in the conventional way but you could say so

You're not a vigilante unless you specifically hurt the person you're fighting to stop them from doing villainy forever. Red hood is a vigilante, Batman is not

Batman hands criminals to the cops or to Arkham for punishment or rehab.

Red hood stops them permanently.

The punisher is a vigilante also.

I hope this makes sense.

That's not really the same thing.

If the action isn't intended to entirely prevent them from continuing what their doing, it's not exactly vigilantism.
