I had always thought it obvious when I watched the Rise of Skywalker, but for those out there that still didn't get it:
Kylo Ren never had any actual intention of killing Rey, despite whatever he may have promised to Palpatine. Worth also nothing, that Secrets of the Sith, had Palpatine musing to himself that Kylo would never actually kill Rey. He just wanted Rey to be lured there one way or the other. He'd already written Kylo off as weak and sentimental like Vader.

We have said since The Force Awakens that Reylo is reversed Anidala. The Last Jedi enhanced this view, as Rian Johnson proven Reylo is intended to be soulmate Enemies to Lovers way. Then Rumi's a Great Wagon was applied to Reylo when Victoria Mahoney's Moodboard behind her Pinewood SW office mentioned Rumi Poem.

My top 7 Star Wars list for 2025
This is my top 7 Star Wars list for what I'm really looking forward to in 2025. Instead of covering movies or series, I'm going to discuss my can't-wait list for comics, books, and collectibles. If you want to skip the clip of me opening a doorable, hit 10:31 The audio is pretty bad here [new phone, lol].
This is one of the years I'm anticipating the most, not because of any TV show or movie (can't wait for Andor, though) but because of the comics and books. We are getting so much Ben Solo/Kylo Ren! We're getting a Bad Batch novels, on top of the comics we are already getting!
And VALENTINES DOORABLES!!!!! Except for Vader/Trooper [for the platonic gift idea I suppose], every couple is a major ship! Hanleia, Bonnec, Dinbo, Reylo! Even C3P0 and Artoo [yes, they can be interpreted as a couple, the TROS junior novel makes me think that].

There is a notorious scammer who fakes being diabetic and has been using this ask since December or so. They are using someone’s twitter/x post and have been doing it so much now that anyone searching their ask would see they’ve been through at least 20+ accounts now with the original one called vero-og (which has long been terminated but they keep it in their blog title).
This scammer will send you hate mail for calling them out, block anyone who replies to their accounts calling them a scam, and currently refuses to refund any money they get sent. They are not who they claim to be, they aren’t diabetic, please don’t give them money if you got the ask.
Just got this one today. Smelled scammy immediately,
