oh yeah i was also off my maintenance inhaler for a couple days so i can’t breathe well & only just got a meds re-fill at like 4:00 PM today so the lungs ain’t doin to great & might take a while to start fuckin workin :/
also drank Way too much water for a human being & now have like no salt in me & am really nauseous i don’t recommend drinking over a gallon of water in a short time window my electrolyte levels are so fucking low & i almost fainted earlier

personal update
back to being mentally unstable it’s like the second i finish processing something i get fucking whacked in the face by another realization. reminder that if i make anyone im DM-ing uncomfy PLEASE re state your boundaries or call me out on it. i tend to forget things really easy & don’t want anyone to be upset because of my own instability 👍. going through a really rough time & i crash really hard & tend to rant without filter. i talk. A Lot. & my parents have decided to multiply their shittyness by three it’s really not great & my home life is eughhhh & i keep dissociating because of testing season so like this specific crash was bound to happen eventually. also remembering a lot of Bad things that have happened. all around not doing to great. i wanna give a big thanks to all of my friends who have had my back<3 love yall.
