اللهم انت مطلوبي و رضاءك مقصودي words and thoughts that are not always my own
Everything happens according to Allah's will.

So perhaps we should stop asking others:

"When will you begin your studies?"

"When will you be completing your studies?"

"When will you be getting married?"

"When will you have a child?"

"When will the next baby come?"

"When, when, when..."

For perherps these are goals of people and by us asking these types of questions, we are adding unnecessary pressure which could lead to dispondency and their feelings being hurt.

اللهُ اَعلَمُ فَقَط!

We are all going to die.

Irrespective of when that is, when it happens, we will leave everything behind. Our loved ones, our possessions, evything we've ever held near.

We should make use of the time, wealth and health that Allāh has blessed us with, in avenues that will be pleasing to Him. It should not be that only when we close our eyes, do we realize how valueless everything in the world is.

This side of the Internet feels like a warm blanket. No fitnah, no unnecessary entertainment, no stupidity only the remembrance of Allah and giving advice to one another on how to become a better Muslim. I love it, I hope we can create a stronger community here.

I believe the best thing to do on social media is to remind people about Allah, the Quran, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and his Sunnah.

When the Maulana regained consciousness, he enquired why the time had been wasted and no speech was delivered. "You had not given any instructions about it," he was told.

"Why was I not asked?" he said. On being informed that he was running high fever and it was decided not to give him trouble in that condition, he observed, "Why did you attach

greater importance to my convenience than to the interest of Faith?"
