In Chain of Command, is there any significance to some of the people not having wheels on their feet? Disrepair, Disruption, Disinterest, and Desolation himself don't have wheels. Everyone else we can see does. Or am I looking too much into it?
Everyone in the desolation realm is capable of wearing and removing their own wheels, so it comes down to personal preference. Wheels are required to traverse the city's transit lines, but if you're doing work in your office or home and you're staying still for awhile it's considered acceptable to remove ones wheels.
