✨️Let's Talk About Lisa Liang! ✨️
°.✦ How would you describe your OC's personality/aesthetic?
Lisa's personality? Well, to put it simply:
Strong, protective, loyal, pretty quarrelsome, and extremely skilled! They WILL beat your ass if you mess with their loved ones! >:3
Her Princess version is much like S1 Korra. She's naive, and diplomacy is not her forte, but she still tries cause even though she loves a good fight, she doesn't want conflicts to escalate to a full war, especially if that involves her people!
Emphasis on "tries" though, she is not beyond losing her temper and be driven by her emotions!
She's working on finding the balance between being a warrior and a diplomat!
Her Sub-Zero version, on the other hand, feels more like S4 Korra. She was raised in a hostile environment, and though she had her brothers and sister watching her back, she still had to endure a lot from the Lin Kuei, so she lived with her guard up, feeling like she had to always show her strength in order to be respected (she's learning better now that she's Grandmistress, but it's a long journey)!
She's wiser and more experienced than her younger royal counterpart and can easily differentiate between friend and foe (unlike Princess Lisa, she understands danger can come from anywhere, even from those who were supposed to keep you safe).
Sub-Zero Lisa is not a great diplomat either, but she's better at keeping her emotions in check. She doesn't really have to worry about being the diplomat as much as her counterpart, though, as Kuai has always been the diplomatic Sub-Zero sibling!
Lisa's aesthetic is something like VSCO Girl cause it's a very summery style and allows her to show off her big muscles while looking stylish!
°.✦ What's your favourite thing about them?
Sub-Zero!Lisa was my first big redesign along with Scorpion!Harumi, and I pride myself on how she came out!
It was really a lot of fun to reimagine this little girl who was made to be expendable as someone who got to live, grow up, and unleash her true power and potential!
I really wanted her design to reflect how strong and powerful she is and also just how unique she is in comparison to her brothers!
Princess Lisa was also so much fun cause I got to explore her design outside the Sub-Zero mantle, and it was nice to get to know another culture (the Lisu people) as I worked on it!
I'm gonna make a few changes to her Princess design though, she is a Dragonborn, so I figured she could use more dragonic features! And I'm sure that's gonna be just as much fun!👀🩵

Fun facts about both Lisas:
- Lisa has blue hair because female Cryomancers have a stronger connection to Cryomancy;
- She hardly ever wears pants, lol! She fights in bodysuits and always favours shorts and skirts when dressed as a civilian (Kuai is the titties out twin and she's the thighs out twin, lmao!);
- Harumi's her soulmate, always!🩷🩵
Fun facts about Sub-Zero Lisa:
- She was co-created by ma bestie @mikka-minns !💕
- She's the tallest Sub-Zero Sibling!
- Her first crush (and lesbian awakening, lol) was this absolute mean girl:
(In my Scorpion!Harumi Rewrite MK1 Sektor is gonna be OG Sektor’s younger sister. Her name is gonna be Bo (creative, I know, lol)! Let me know if you're interested in hearing more about her👀)
- Her siblings call her Lily, and her girlfriend calls her Snowdrop;
- Before she and Kuai became the Sub-Zero Twins, they were the Tundra Twins;
- Her main weapon of choice is a comically large mallet (Harley Quinn Style);
- Frost sees her as a big sister;
- Cyrax and Tomas are her adoptive sister and brother;
- Harumi has a Netherrealm vulture pet named Feathers, and he loves Lisa;
- Satoshi grew attached to her pretty quickly. He loves that she makes his mommy happy!
Fun facts about Princess Lisa:
- I totally gave up the idea of changing her name to "Lisha." 🫣 I know it would make more sense, but it just didn't come naturally to me, so I dropped it;
- She's the same size as Sheeva;
- The Shokan are Dragonborn allies and Sheeva was her mentor (so she has some moves that resemble Sheeva's);
- Her mother's a Pyromancer named Zhi;
- Her mother's advisor is also a Pyromancer. Her name is Peron 💀;
- Kuai and Bi-Han are her half-dragon cousins;
- Her native language is Dragonic, but she's fluent in Edenian (she pretends to not know the language to piss off some mean Edenians, lol);
