SING, O MUSE, THE RAGE OF ACHILLES, SON OF PELEUS
webshop is open!

I forget to do something like this since I forget about tumblr a lot but I probably should so here’s an info sheet ♥︎

Hi hello you can call me either Archaic or Khalid, both works perfectly. I’m 24 years old, and I am a transmasc gay man, I use he/him. I have a lot of chronic pain so art comes when it wants to. Here’s some tags that I use for my posts 🕺

#my art quite simple. I tag all arts with this tag, and if you click at “MUSE” in my description, you will also be directed to that tag.
#not art — also very simple. I kinda suck at actually using this tag but it’s for anything that is not art.

I use official tags for most of my posts, so you’ll very likely just see that for my content. I don’t really have any fancy tags for media anymore.

OC TAGS

so um yes I as all other artists am very deeply in love with my ocs but I’m shy to post about them so I haven’t that much 😭 but I do have tags for them!

#night and day — a never ending eclipse. ok so. I know I literally only have Two posts for this story but night & day are my most beloveds. Basically they are creator gods who fell in love and through their love created an entire universe and the world the rest of my ocs within this story live in. I have loads of ocs within this, but my two main ones are night and day. One day I want to make a comic or at least a novel about them ;;
#the traveler and the devoteeout of time and place yet found in your heart. basically the story is about two unlikely lovers; a traveler from the year of 2911, who, after the world began to collapse in itself, traveled back in time with a device of his own creation in order to find resources to stop the end of the world. He ends up in Ancient Greece, and on a day where he’s beginning his task, he gets run over by a really sexy guy on a wagon, and in pure horror that he killed a stranger, the man, now known as Mr. Wagon because the Traveler has no creativity, tends to his wounds with great care. a lot of things happen teehee! My end goal with this story is to create a podcast with them 🙏

more on me; I am very much neurodivergent and I am diagnosed with ADHD and some other things that I do not feel comfortable sharing on the internet with so many people ✧ I am currently heavily hyperfixated on Trigun so that is what you’ll have to expect from me right now LMAO

My ask tag is #ask the archaic!

✧ ✧

tumblr won’t let me edit my pinned post but it’s my birthday ! 25 now hehe

if you are feeling hopeless right not i do not blame you, but just remember that this is not over. there is more to be done after elections; if we give up hope now we are only dooming ourselves. take the time you need for now to grieve and then pick yourself up when you're ready. as long as we are still here, there is still something worth fighting for

please reblog the fundraisers you see on your dash. please. if you claim to care about palestine, NOW is the time to prove it. everyone said gaza will be worse off if trump wins - well, now he has. the least anyone can do now is reblog and share and DONATE to as many fundraisers as possible. especially if you're american. you want harm reduction? this is harm reduction. help gazan families.

you can't decide where to start?

pick a name. any name. read their story. realize that what you feel now, they feel everyday, a thousandfold. donate whatever you can. at the very least, reblog if you can't.

there is no excuse not to.

🔴 Please Save What's Left of My Family

Hello my dears, I hope you are well. Please help me.

I, Mahmoud Baalou, have gone through five wars in my life. The biggest shock of my life was on November 4, 2006. Losing... My older brother, after being shot in the chest by the occupation army in the city of Beit Hanoun...

Hence the suffering of wars began.

I will tell you a little about my life:

I had ambition and a bright future. I loved life and living in stability and security, and I loved working hard in my future...

I had a few days to go and I was about to start a new life and look for a suitable woman to marry.

I had achieved some things that I had dreamed of since October 7, which was buying a house, but the war destroyed my dreams and ambitions.

How we live now

I had a nice exhibition related to children's and women's shoe sales.

The exhibition was destroyed by incendiary shells fired by the occupation.

I had accumulated debts and obligations to the merchants, and the fair was full of goods .

And my father also had this happen to him in his exhibition

This destruction has caused us to lose our sources of livelihood and the livelihood of the workers who work in both exhibitions ..

The war took everything from me

I lost my pets in our house

All I hope for now is to reunite my family in Egypt and save them from the disastrous situation in which they are living...My father has high blood pressure and diabetes, and my Mother also has diabetes. They both urgently need medical care, which is unavailable in Gaza.

Directed by my father, mother, and sister, who is studying engineering at Al-Azhar University ...

Knowing that the cost per person now is $5,000 per adult. Price may fluctuate. I ask you to help us by donating even the simplest things or by participating in our campaign. We will be grateful to you

Your donation may give us hope to achieve what we aspired to, and restore a little of the loss and devastation that befell us...

Any participation or donation makes a big difference in our lives

Thank you for listening to my humble message.

Emergency: Help Evacuate My Family From GAZA WAR

Dear Humanity,

I'm Haya from Gaza , from a family of 8 people: my parents, two sons, and four daughters (two of them suffer from allergies).

I've witnessed the evidence of the tragedy that has struck our lives in Gaza, where my family and I have survived amidst numerous previous wars. But today, we face the most dangerous and fierce battle in the current war. The urgent need intensifies for us, as we have nothing left and are unable to secure our basic needs such as food, water, and safe shelter.

Here is our story - On October 7th, our lives changed forever, my family and I evacuated from northern Gaza to southern Gaza, hoping to return soon, but it wasn't meant to be. Our home was surrounded, burned, and then completely destroyed, Our home, once a fortress of hope, now lay in ruins, a stark reminder of our shattered dreams.

The night before we left from the north to the south was terrifying. Shelling sounds were everywhere, making a loud noise that felt like it went through our souls. Every explosions shook the ground like earthquakes, sending shockwaves of fear through our trembling bodies. filling us with fear. The air smelled of destruction and blood, making it hard to breathe. When dawn came, we saw the devastation around us, realizing our home was now a symbol of loss and despair.

We ran into the streets and with each step we took into the unknown streets, we felt as if we were plunging deeper into the abyss of our shattered existence, leaving behind everything we own in our home: Clothes, important official documents, the car, and literally it's almost everything - the enormity of our loss weighed heavily upon us.

Our home it was where we found hope, safety, and made precious memories. Losing it felt like losing years of our lives, leaving us adrift amidst the wreckage of our shattered existence.

A brief video depicting the devastation that struck our home and our entire neighborhood in Gaza.

Desperate Plea: Escaping Gaza's Allergy Nightmare

I, Haya, suffer from severe allergy to penicillin-derived medications, and my sister, Amal, also suffers from severe allergies to medications from my family such as Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.

These allergies create a deep sense of fear and anxiety for us, as we live in a constant state of tension and fear of anything that may require a visit to the hospital. We fear being given inappropriate medications due to the unavailability of suitable treatments in Gaza because of war or lack of awareness and not informing the doctor of our allergies, which could lead to serious consequences threatening our lives.

MY Father Income

Our dreams are heading towards oblivion in the labyrinth of an uncertain future

My story, along with my siblings, represents a united team of four individuals, three of whom are skilled programmers and one graphic designer. We work as freelancers in the world of freelancing.

As for my younger sister, she is a student studying at the College of Architecture. She has always carried a big dream in her heart, a dream of being part of changing Gaza, of making it more beautiful and better. She looked forward to the day when she would receive her degree and start building this dream. But the beginning of the war changed everything. The destruction of infrastructure and universities cast shadows of despair over her dreams.

When I think of my brother in Belgium, I can't help but feel deep sadness. He has been suffering from unbearable anxiety and insomnia since the outbreak of the war. Sleep eludes him at night, and his physical and mental health collapses under the weight of these heavy burdens, negatively affecting his performance at work. Problems and challenges pile up in front of him without the slightest opportunity for rest.

We all feel psychological pressure and extreme anxiety. The war hasn't been limited to external attacks but has deeply infiltrated our daily lives. We search among the rubble for a little safety and the basic resources for survival. Every day comes with a new challenge that we must overcome.

As we sway amidst the rubble of shattered dreams, our souls wrestle and our hearts beat strongly challenging the ravages of war.

Our parents earnestly seek a way to rescue us from this hell, feeling the heavy responsibility for every moment we spend under the shadows of fear and destruction. They dream of a safe place where they can build for us a better future, filled with security and hope, for we deserve life in all its meanings of comfort and peace.

Perhaps this fundraising campaign represents a light in the midst of darkness, it is indeed the only hope we cling to firmly.

I appeal to the world as a whole to hear my cry and the mournful cry of my family in Gaza. We need the helping hand that reaches out to wipe our tears and build a bridge to safety.

Your donation is not just a donation; it's an opportunity to rebuild life and brighten a better tomorrow. Be part of our hopeful story, for we need your hand to start anew.

The purpose of the fundraising campaign

The goal of this fundraising campaign is to rescue my family - my parents, my siblings, and me - through the Rafah Crossing to Egypt, which currently requires $5000 per person. This campaign is our only chance to stay alive, and I humbly request your assistance at this critical time. I will provide you with a comprehensive breakdown of the expenses, committing to transparency and clarity.
