I got an idea about Terzo that was unexpected even for me. As always, it is based on summarizing observations.
It seems so important for him to introduce everyone to each other: the musicians, the workers, the Sisters, the children, the audience. I think, he was trying to unite the Church, to make everyone feel as one, as if they were one family. Even the last song of the shows called for it. The last words he spoke on stage. "Together as one".
This is exactly what Necropolitus Cracoviensis said about Papa in his memoirs: he tried to unite the Church in turbulent times and cared for the needs of his people. Btw, for someone who supposedly doesn't socialize that much, Terzo really valued eweryone's work and knew very well each of his people.
I can't even imagine how disappointed he was when he was sidelined and all his work was devalued and overshadowed by intrigues and struggles for influence.
