We did get enough money to make up for the bill (technically we lied-it was a bi-annual bill, my insurance charges a lot extra for the first month of a six month cycle) so thank you all very very much!

Unfortunately, our landlord gave us a 30 day notice today. We still need to make plans and you'll see a 'not written as I drift off to sleep' post later today or when we figure out our next play. We're definitely going to need some money to move house again though, so commissions (and donations) are still open!

landlord's putting the house up for sale come spring so we're getting displaced again so that's going to be fun /s

our landlord only told us about this a couple days ago. my finances have not recovered from moving here and i only recently started a new job in the middle of the pay period.

the rug's been pulled out from under me. i need to find another housing arrangement as soon as possible. as a disabled person, i can't be unhoused. my ability to keep my job is also getting affected, especially considering the stress of imminent displacement and how long it's taken me to get hired at all anywhere.

i had hoped that finally getting a job would mean a less hindered path to security and safety, but now i'm just floundering again.

any support at all would be great. at the very least, i need to be able to eat and manage my chronic fatigue and other health issues while i try to keep working and search for housing. anything helps, thank you so much.

i'm looking at around $2500 in move-in costs when it comes to rooms within my budget ($600-$800 rent, lots of places require first and last and a deposit). i'll also need to hire movers if i can't find people willing and able to help transport things; booking a service like Lugg will cost up to $200 if i manage to stay in my current area.

i'm very new at my job and haven't completed training yet due to my health issues interfering already thanks to stress and anxiety about this situation. the priority is having the move-in costs ready as soon as possible. i am really hoping to secure a more long term and stable situation. i really don't want to be at risk of displacement again.

i haven't been on in a few days because my notebook broke, but fortunately the past few days were good enough for donations that i was able to buy a new one, and i got a significant discount too because the guy who sold it to me was a jerk. its good quality too so hopefully this'll be it on the laptops for a while. i had to buy three of the things last year.

since i can't actually renew my passport anymore if it gets lost or stolen, i don't want to take any chances hitchhiking. can i ask you guys for $150 for a bus ticket through a famously high-crime area to my final destination, wherein to begin the process of getting rights?
