"All Dogs Adorable," Admits Reluctant Nevermore Student
After infamous Nevermore Academy student Montresor remembered a scene from his prior life, debate was sparked throughout the entire school and community pertaining to the idea that perhaps some dogs were simply ugly.
"Debate's a strong word," said one student when asked. "It's not a common opinion, and believe me, we've been telling the people involved."
A less common opinion, however, came from a member of the so-called "Misfits," Eulalie. Eulalie, when asked, frowned deeply. "It doesn't matter what they look like! It's about their attitude!" she said, which was a weird thing to say about a dog, but fitting given the person in question. "Anyway, I've heard all dogs go to heaven, so they must all be good."
When asked if that included the Wild Hunt hounds, Eulalie tilted her head. "Of course it does."
When then asked if it included the Hounds even when they were mauling people, Eulalie finally grew quiet and thoughtful. For a while, this reporter thought she might deny her prior opinion; instead, she quietly confirmed, "All dogs are adorable."
"I think I'd like to pet them, once they calm down a bit," she added.
Though the reporter had more follow up questions, Eulalie then spun one back in an Uno Reverse move. "Anyway, how do people even know what the dog in Monty's memories looks like anyway? Or what he's even remembering? And aren't they supposed to be busy running away?"
The subject of our interview was then quickly and easily distracted with a shiny pendulum as our reporter slipped out without answering any further questions.
