Your lens is not entirely clean. And you see here in the corner? And on this night you only had eight frames of film on you. A haunting set of clouds moved in minutes after your last shot. If it lacks singularity, there is nothing wrong per se with the frame, but… perhaps, going forward, when the moon is your favored source of light… a little patience?
INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE 2.08, ❝And That's The End of It. There's Nothing Else.❞

"Shall we have a nightcap?"
- I honestly don't think I'll ever get over this scene, and I know exactly why ↓
There's something so special about the very first episode, I honestly wish it was longer and I desperately need to see it from Lestat's POV.
But this scene stands out because you can really feel Louis hesitating when Lestat invites him in. He's clearly uneasy about being alone with Lestat, sensing that something is about to happen. What's even more intriguing in the second gif is Lestat's reaction. He's visibly excited, almost like he's eagerly anticipating what's about to happen. He's like: "I know I got him" and can't hide his excitement. 🤭There's this subtle predatory look in his eyes, resembling a child eyeing their favorite toy from afar. It's a small yet powerful detail that Sam captures brilliantly.

Louis "Packs his bags while plotting Lestats murder and and makes sure to tuck Lestats namecard into his belongings to carry it around with him while he and Claudia trek through war torn Europe and then after Paris and everything with the theatres des vampires he goes back to his little apartment and packs his belongings and once again keeps this card with him and some 100 years later pulls it out of a little shoe box in Dubai without so much as a crease on it" de pointe du lac
