*In writing terms, an architect is someone who plots out, plans, and outlines things before drafting. A gardener is someone who takes an initial idea and then just writes, seeing how the idea grows without specific plans.
Some people use the terms “plotter” and “pantser” (as in, going by the seat of their pants) for these writing styles, but I prefer architect and gardener.

here’s my 2025 writing goals bingo board from almakrowan. i love the idea of gamifying goals so i also filled out the art version of this on my side blog.
it’s been a long time since i’ve shared any writing online, and although i don’t intend to do so for a long while more, i always feel very motivated when i see people share their progress or updates, so i’ll be doing the same. coincidentally, my outline for this story consists of 25 chapters and there are 25 slots on the board so yes, my goal is literally just to write the WIP by chapter lmao.

i'm curious, because while i certainly have genres i favor, i genuinely don't think there are any genres i dislike - every genre i can name at least a couple titles i've enjoyed.

this is me emailing you so you have this in writing, just like you asked me to. I'm nervous to leave a paper trail, for obvious reasons, but I also trust that you aren't going to use this against me. On the other hand, I am grimly excited. Like this, nobody will be able to say that I didn't ask for help before it was too late, least of all you.
Which brings me to my point: please, for the love of God, help me. I've tried everything by now, dentists, doctors, family, friends, nobody can help me. They are all itching to send me to a therapist, or better yet a closed institution, and as fast as possible too. But I am telling you right now, if you call the police on me for a wellness check and I am locked away, my blood is on your hands.
