nintendo switch is likely 450 dollars. This makes sense, its basically a portable ps4.

Nintendo online service varies, usually 20-50 dollars. This lets you play online, as well as have access to their music app, some free dlc (like animal crossings happy home designer dlc would be free instead of buying it), and their assorted snes, nes, game boy games. The lower price packs do not include some of those options. There is also cloud backup for your saves. that is supposed to be what it is paying for.

Games may be 80-90 dollars. This is roughly the price they are sold for in Canada. I have a pet theory that the prices may partially reflect certain political events/concerns. There may be some games at more reasonable prices, but nintendo ip games rarely have sales.

and nobody should have to pay extra money to play a game they already own. if online were simply all of those bonus features, i might even consider it fair. but they lock a necessary feature for playing many games behind a paywall.
