oh and a lot of physical games (which include this banner at the bottom, not all switch 2 games) you dont legally own as well whats even the point

it's a digital key but you have to keep the fucking thing plugged in

unfortunately it's likely gonna be extremely locked down. already the switch lite and OLED cant be hacked without opening it up and installing a physical hardware mod, and even then it's based on an exploit which has likely been patched with the new chip they've added in.

Holding my breath that nvidia fucked up somewhere though

also BECAUSE it's a digital key, means that games which used this system cannot be dumped using the game cart. the only way you could get these games would be dumping it while it's installed on the system and that would require a hacked switch, which may not be possible

Donkey Kong Bananza – Nintendo Direct | Nintendo Switch 2

I do love the cartoony style of the new Donkey Kong. Genuine shock that DK gets the 3D game at launch and not mario.

see the THING IS I don't feel like I ever worked hard enough to have "earned" the burnout, which is. probably how we got here.

“Rayban charity glasses event” is a scam don’t click any link in a post that says that.

Old tumblr users remember this scam back when it first went out.

Also no, this isn’t a joke. This phishing scam is 100% running its course again so watch out for your mutuals long abandoned accounts suddenly posting it. Please make everyone aware of it since most users here are newbies who have not seen it before!

hi, a lot of you need a perspective reset

  • the average human lifespan globally is 70+ years
  • taking the threshold of adulthood as 18, you are likely to spend at least 52 years as a fully grown adult
  • at the age of 30 you have lived less than one quarter of your adult life (12/52 years)
  • 'middle age' is typically considered to be between 45-65
  • it is extremely common to switch careers, start new relationships, emigrate, go to college for the first or second time, or make other life-changing decisions in middle age
  • it's wild that I even have to spell it out, but older adults (60+) still have social lives and hobbies and interests.
  • you can still date when you get old. you can still fuck. you can still learn new skills, be fashionable, be competitive. you can still gossip, you can still travel, you can still read. you can still transition. you can still come out.
  • young doesn't mean peaked. you're inexperienced in your 20s! you're still learning and practicing! you're developing social skills and muscle memory that will last decades!
  • there are a million things to do in the world, and they don't vanish overnight because an imaginary number gets too big
