If ANYONE is denied due process, NO ONE is safe.
"But I'm here legally! I don't have a criminal record!" So? We know now that at least some of those rounded up by ICE/DHS were in the US legally and had no criminal record, but without a hearing, never had a chance to prove it. Even if they'd HAD hearings, the current regime is revoking visas and green cards right and left, and refuses to comply with laws and court orders it doesn't like.
As indicated above, it doesn't matter if you're in the US legally or not. Hell, a Canadian celebrity with no criminal record and proven business ties, who had been to the US multiple times before, was imprisoned for two weeks--again, without so much as a hearing--when simply APPLYING for a work visa.
"But I'm a citizen!" How would you prove that without due process? And even if you could prove it, this regime has announced its plans for mass denaturalization, and--again--has already shown it doesn't care about the rule of law.
If you think you're safe, you're deluded.
