Decided over the last few days that I wanted to venture to put together a list of my personal top 10 anime. It's been an interesting thought experiment! Anime has been a really big part of my life since I was a kid, and I think a lot of these have really informed my taste in characters, stories, and art in general. I decided my list should reflect that so I chose ones that really mean something to me over ones that I'd strictly label "Good". I also made the cut off anime that are "complete" in some capacity. So they have to be anime that have some kind of conclusive end, even if there can or should be more. It's very likely this list will change in the next few years, Windbreaker and Witch Hat Atelier are VERY likely to be added to this list as long as the anime turn out as well as I expect them to. But Windbreaker is far from complete and Witch Hat hasn't started yet so they don't go on the list yet. Long story short these are anime that have changed my brain chemistry in some specific way. Kits Top 10 anime list:

Some notes about my list: Yes 10 has 2 anime in the slot, both I feel like fill a similar niche for why I like them. And frankly it was just really hard to decide which one deserved to be on the list and which would be number 11. These are both really cute and charming and just made me smile every single episode! These are my serotonin picks ...Also like I said Witch Hat and Windbreaker will probably crack this list which means those two will probably drop off and I'll have to reshuffle the list Zoids encompasses Chaotic Century/Guardian Force and New Century because I consider those to be part of the same series just different seasons. Zoid models are what got me into building model kits! Gundam Wing and .Hack//Sign's positions are basically interchangeable. Wing ranks higher mostly because Duo exists and has informed....so much of my taste in characters I like. Also it's what got me into Gundam as a franchise.

with everything being what it's been this week i think it's important to state emphatically that my life is genuinely so much better for having trans people in it. my trans friends are some of the coolest kindest people around and I dread to think what kind of person I'd be without them. if you don't have any trans friends I hope you get the opportunity to make one or two or several and let them expand your world and I hope that you care for them in turn. I love you trans men I love you trans women I love you nonbinary friends you are all beautiful handsome radiant and cool
