@faistoconnors

18, hiiiiiii!! requests open!! I follow back from cyarefi

Masterlist

About me - 18, born and raised Wisconsinite, with an affinity for a certain trio (as I'm sure we can all tell). Guysssssss I'm a real writing blog !!!!! Trust me I am!!!!

My requests are, at the moment, OPEN! Yay!

I will write for Tashi, Art, and Patrick, and I can do fem or gender neutral reader (myself being afab nonbinary) but I don't really write from the male perspective because I've never identified with that and I fear I would get it wrong!

If I find a new hyperfixation to write for, I might add them on, but for now, I love my Challengers trio!

Did artashi fuck before the 2019 Atlanta Open…?

An investigation by tumblr user Artdcnaldson

THE FACTS

EXHIBIT A: Art Donaldson, Atlanta, 5:30AM

depressed, sleepy, wearing panties… one might say he looks worn the fuck out………

EXHIBIT B: Tashi Duncan, Atlanta, 5:30AM

glowing, radiant, wearing bra and panties…

EXHIBIT C: Art Donaldson, New Rochelle, Night

sleepy, ready for bed, wearing his jammies

EXHIBIT D: Tashi Duncan, New Rochelle, Night

winding down, practicing self care, wearing a tasteful slip

THE CONCLUSION

Based on the evidence gathered, we can gather that the clothes, or lack thereof, that Art wears in Atlanta to sleep are vastly different than his jammies he wears in New Rochelle. Tashi’s pajamas are also different, but could be explained away as her having just taken a shower, but gather from that what you will.

From this evidence, I have come to the conclusion that Artashi DID fuck the night before the Atlanta Open match against Leo Du Maurier as a way to destress, and likely would have fucked again in New Rochelle if their conversation hadn’t gone south and gotten too heavy.

Perhaps Art’s demeanor in the morning in Atlanta isn’t emotional exhaustion, but physical exhaustion after being railed within an inch of his life……. Much to consider.

I rest my case no further questions at this time 🩷 idgaf this was just to slut them out a little

the journalism we REALLY need thank u Cat

Ok as promised 😁😁 Roger thoughts inspired by my recent rewatch of Minx (which I recommend!!!)

Anyways, Roger really needs a writing job. Really really needs one. His mattress is on the floor, his landlord is itching to kick him out… he just needs a paycheck. Maybe that’s why he circles your classifieds ad in red marker— SEEKING SKILLED COPYWRITER TO WRITE REAL ARTICLES FOR LEWD MAGAZINE.

It’s not exactly going to be award winning, but the pay seems decent enough, which means you must really be desperate for a writer. He shows up to the shitty little office building where you’ve set up your headquarters carrying his briefcase and copies of his writing.

When you see him you just look up lazily from the desk and tell him to take off his pants and you can get started. And he’s a little confused, but he thinks maybe it’s in the spirit of the magazine. Free love, or whatever.

He strips to his boxers, wearing a sheepish little blush as he holds his briefcase to his chest. You just sigh and tell him he doesn’t have to be shy, you’ve seen like 30 other dicks today. Yeesh, tough job market!

He puts his briefcase down on your desk and tugs down his boxers. You blatantly ogle him, pushing down your glasses as you lean over your desk to take a good look. And you give him a final once over before you say, yeah, you’d definitely be a good candidate for our first centerfold.

He scratches the back of his neck and clears his throat before he asks, uh, did you want to read my writing samples?

Maybe he should’ve called first, or bothered to read the sign on the door that read CENTERFOLD AUDITIONS INSIDE. But, hey, why can’t he do both?

ok idea finished I just want to imagine slutting him out for a playgirl style magazine <3

artpatrick making out in a car? like when teens go to makeout creek to fool around? and obviously they arent going there for that... but one thing leads to another and then...

another one!! again, sorry for the wait! but artpatrick? making out in a car? one thing leads to another? now you’re speaking my language…

artpatrick, mrta, 2.8k, m/e

Art’s getting ready for his date with Melissa: a date that is feeling only slightly monumentous because it happens to be his first time going to Make Out Point. He doesn’t know why it’s such a big deal to him, it’s not like he’s never made out with anyone before, he’s not even a virgin, but he’s heard so many stories—mostly from Patrick—that it seems more real to be doing it there than anywhere else, like all the times before hadn’t count.

(A small but loud part of him thinks it might bring him closer to Patrick that way, to live out the tales he’s heard so many times, as if by stepping into his shoes, reenacting his moves, it’ll almost be like they’re doing it together. Or something.)

He does, also, genuinely like Melissa. She’s easily one of the prettiest girls in their year, with a great handle on her forehand. He and Patrick used to play mixed doubles with her and her best friend Becca before her and Patrick’s tempestuous breakup (He was caught making out with another girl, as is often the case). Melissa and Art had continued their casual flirtation, until she surprised him by asking him out the previous week.

Patrick had loaned him his car for the occasion, a gesture he both appreciated and was suspicious of. Suspicions that are almost immediately affirmed when he asks, just as Art is about to walk out the door: “Hey, is it cool if I tag a long?”

He pauses, looking back with his hand still on the doorknob, incredulous and amused. Not an untypical state to find oneself in where Patrick Zweig is concerned. “On my date? What, you want to spy on us in the backseat? No, dude.”

wow!

oh boy!!!

Patrick pissing in Arts pants you say? Art having to walk around, his pants warm and wet with Patricks piss. The shame of people assuming Art wet himself and Art being unable to correct them. Patrick being there and telling them that Art's such a messy little boy. And Art just has to stand there and take all the teasing 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

patrick pissing in art’s pants makes me 😵‍💫 😵‍💫 (in a the best way)

but patrick pulling aside art away in the middle of practice to piss down his shorts and art can’t do anything about it

he has to keep practicing as patrick’s piss drips down from his shorts into his socksand patrick keeps teasing him for making a mess

patrick already licking at art's face before tashi even fully pulled away... he's so damn hungry

baby, tashi is on the other side so what's that tongue doing over here 🤨

is this a safe space? bc i kind of wanna talk about how i get a lot of recommended reader fics but then i see a visual like this and immediately get turned off.

and like this conversation about centering certain beauty standards with readers isn't new. it's been happening since forever. but i've noticed some uptick once i started looking for stuff in challengers.

the centering of whiteness with fanfiction in general is an issue that me and other non-white people had discussed at length for years. and part of me just wants to say that we should strive to be more inclusive. like there should be no reason for specifying non-white readers, especially black ones, and for us to have our own separate category because some writers can't fathom that non-white readers exist. hell, even in terms of body weight, ability, hair or no hair, GENDER.

i'm not innocent either. it's an easy trap to fall into if you're writing something x reader and you're using yourself as a stand in for the reader. and i'm not here to criticize or shame. i just wanna propose being more inclusive. and that starts with using less images of faceless white girls from pinterest.

maybe it's selfish of me to ask this. but i've been reading fanfiction on the internet for over 10 years. and i can definitely say as a non-white girl, fanfiction did contribute to my insecurities as a non-white person, in feeling insecure in my appearance. nothing has changed it seems.

this‼️‼️along with describing reader as petite

yes yes yes + absolutely to kats reblog.

Every time I see x reader fics with these and they're the thinnest, tallest supermodels covering their face I wanna curl up into a ball. I can't even fully get upset w the writer/moodboard maker cause... well, they're just people... but the whole reading experience is me thinking about how skinny reader is meant to be

I'm aware this a personal problem and not really on anyone else but me, but still. I even felt that way when I made my sympathy is a knife graphics but I couldn't find a medium :/ idk

I also tried to make the race ambiguous in the photos to avoid this issue, but you can't really make weight ambiguous. Guys we need solutions 😭

absolutely. this is SO important.

i actively work to make my reader racially ambiguous. no mention of a specific hair texture or color (or head hair at all), no “blushing”, no weirdly specific/trying-to-be-poetic recognization of the reader’s skin tone by the character lol (ie “porcelain”, “as white as snow”, etc), and i try to keep the body type of the reader as ambiguous as i can as well. + have written for gn reader in the past, and am trying to put out more pieces in the future with this feature. this is all because i want my writing to be accessible and enjoyable for any who wish to read it !

at the end of the day, writers will write whatever they choose to write, but it never hurts to actively tweak your writing to give others outside of your own personal experience the chance to connect with—and consume—your content ! the more the absolute merrier ♥️

(i do support celebrating other races/ethnicities via your reader though ! i think its rlly just an issue of always establishing the reader as white, which is obviously incredibly limiting.)

also an observation from the Challengers fandom specifically

it's always really weird to constantly center whiteness in fanfiction (especially fanfic where it's supposed to be a reader insert) but I also feel like it gets a certain degree more sinister when Challengers is a movie that centers a Black woman

there are a lot of very important things to be said about the way parts of the fandom treat Tashi in comparison to the white male counterparts but I digress

mostly what I'm attempting to get into here is that it feels really odd to constantly portray reader as a white girl all the time, and especially in works for a piece of media that is about a nonwhite, specifically Black woman
