She speaks the words you have often heard her say before now, but this is the first time you do not flinch after hearing them. It isn't that you don't believe her - she's proven many times that when she warns you of something, it is for a reason - but that you no longer feel a need to recoil from her touch. It no longer matters if it brings pain or bliss because you have learned from her that pain and bliss don't need to be distinct from one another. What matters is the hand that gives it, not what the hand contains. You smile up at her and hold still as the knife slips between your ribs, breath hardly hitching in your throat this time.

"Ah? Not even a whimper? You've really been taking these lessons to heart, haven't you?"

Is that a smile? Surely not on her face, no. A trick of the light, nothing more, no matter how much her words might fit. Still, there is little time to ponder it. She's busy trying to remove the few bones that are keeping her away from her prize. You promised her everything, and she promised you perfection - when you were ready, of course.

Now, hold still for her. Soon you'll be rid of this wretched thing that always interrupted your Stillness, and you can be made perfect inside and out.

Memory play where you just tell a subject to forget something can be perfectly effective and fun on specific kinds of subjects, who are particularly susceptible to that sort of suggestion, but the real secret sauce, the next-level stuff, is memory play focused around interfering with attempts to remember.

Making it so they think they remember a session, but anytime they try to remember any details or what it was about they go blank.

Making it so that whenever they try to remember what you did to them while they were under, their mind floods with so many different fantasies of what you might have done that they can't tell which one is the real memory.

making it so that any time they try to think about or remember a trance, they just end up getting hypnotized by their own memories instead.

It's a spell that's a little more difficult to break, and a little easier to experience for minds that aren't used to simply forgetting on command. Plus it has fun side effects on the sub that you can essentially trigger any time by prompting them to try and remember :3
