Soo few things!

Juliana and Kieran don't live in Unova anymore, they live in Paldea! After Kieran transferred to Uva/Naraja academy for his senior year, he actually loved it and decided he would probably live there if him and Juliana were still together after graduating (spoiler they were lol)
Nemona takes Geeta's place as La Prima and she hooks her friends up with cool jobs at the league. Kieran is still a battle strategist ands helps the members of the E4 with battle strategies and team building. Later on during BIT he's still trying to get a promotion aka: taking Larrys spot in the E4 since hes retiring.
Juliana also works for the Paldea Leauge, but not in a way you would expect! (gonna have to thank @tuttiwrites for this idea) Juliana works as a record keeper for the PL! Shes very orginized and loves history so Nemona thought it would be a great position for her.
Juliana is the one who came up with the idea for both her and Kieran to live together. Despite both their families being on the conservative side, they both still went for it.
The wedding will also take place in Paldea and not Unova, but the Garden Venue stays the same!

ohhohoh i love this question!! So it was easy for the first week cause all Stella did was sleep. By week 2 the both of them got into a routine of taking shifts to check on her when she was crying during the night, though Kieran took most of them since he just wanted Juliana to sleep.

Stella did struggle with sleeping during the third and fourth month of being alive lol. She would wake her parents in the dead of night and wouldnt sleep for HOURS. What Kieran did figure out though is whenever Stelly is being fussy, car rides would help lull her to sleep. There were challenges and adjustments during that first year, but i think that happens with all couples who are new to parenting lol
