Two emails, four phone calls, a delayed DMV appointment, two cried-in parking lots, and several less-than-great phone calls with my mother later, I have FINALLY gotten out of jury duty for the next two years. dear lord
#my mother is a lovely lady to be clear but man. this hasn't been fun lol#and NOW I get to go check why my graduation application is stuck on 'pending'. wherefore art thmy degree besties#and after that I get to stress over schoolwork but I genuinely kind of don't care at this point lol#I've had so many other things to deal with right now that if I turn an assignment in late then so be it.#genuinely that's so low on my list of things to care about right now#and I already have all my credits anyways.#or I SHOULD.#but that's what I need to go troubleshoot right now because despite everything being in order I have not gotten any confirmation.#anyways if I end up on the news then you can trace it back to the last two weeks probably#is all of adulting just being way more stressed about phone calls than you should be. is that just what the rest of life is.#I've been doing this for a while now and it's mostly just stressing about phone calls I think.

Objective: Survive posts from Natalie rewatching Drew episodes (1/45)
I do want to say first off how I forget the larger context of these episodes. Like of course I've been watching TDE (The Drew Episodes) on repeat since I was 10. But he's only in like 10% of the show.
With that larger context...May only gets Beautifly 5 episodes before. It feels like maybe a week later, two weeks perhaps, from that evolution until she meets Drew. To see her go 'hey yeah I think I really want to try contests, I can't wait to nail my first ever combination with my newly evolved Pokemon in front of all my friends :)' only for the very first attempt of onscreen training in public is when this guy smells blood in the water and immediately goes to verbally kick her shit in? Brutal. He's a MENACE.
