I see myself as a list of all my worst mistakes and offenses. The addiction made coping a bit easier, but now that it's gone, I have nothing to cling to when I'm back in that mindset. I crave attention and at the same time meltdown at any negativity. I see myself as narcissistic, hypocritical, stupid, and impulsive.
But christ, if it wasn't for my friends, I have no idea where I'd be at.
There's no real point to this post, other than I'm so grateful for the people I have in my life that keep me going. Reading through these reminded me how what I'm feeling isn't wrong or abnormal, and that I have people in my corner.
