My annoying ass coworker is mad that we rotate our shifts at the dealership each week and mind you WE GET WEEKENDS OFF you should only work I-2 Saturdays a month. She thinks I should close the service department every night because I’m childfree and it’s not fair to her. Child free people don’t owe you our lives simply because we chose to not have kids. I STILL have a family, a life, and a social circle outside of work.

Idk like I studied clinical psychology that’s what I have my degree in. But I genuinely think that avoidant attachment style individuals are bad people. I don’t understand how neglect, ignoring the needs of others, and being adverse to honest and direct communication is somehow not viewed as incredibly toxic

I can’t work in mental healthcare like I intended cause I have a personal vendetta against people with avoidant attachment styles. Like I know why it occurs on a textbook level but my trauma from those people is so severe I don’t ever want to talk to one again.

My coworker absolutely annoys the fuck out of me, she’s rude, disrespectful, and I constantly have to pick up her slack. And she drives around without a license cause as she put it “I don’t have time to do that.” And often I think about reporting her for that shit cause she also drives road hazard ass vehicles
