So, I’m kinda curious about something - would you guys be interested or against me writing fanfiction/drawing fanart for Cookie Run Kingdom?

The main reason I ask is cause I know both my AO3 and Tumblr have been Dragon Ball centered for roughly 3 years now, and for the most part still will be.

But I’m getting sucked into this fandom like a vortex - I love Shadow Milk and Pure Vanilla (as well as other characters), and I’ve had some fanfiction ideas spewing in my head for a couple weeks now. Specifically, a Shadownilla oneshots book, and a different, longer story that’d have my own AU version.

Still, everything I’ve written thus far has been about Dragon Ball, and I wouldn’t want people to lose interest if I start writing/drawing for another fandom, or start to think I’m out of my Dragon Ball obsession (cause that’s not the case - I still daydream about Frieza/Frost on a daily basis).

I know ultimately, the decision is mine to make, and I should do what I want. But I still wanted a bit of input. For curiosity’s sake I guess.

Keep in mind, I don’t plan to write anything new for a while yet - I’m still on break. And once I’m off break, I intend to finish In Name Only and Opposites Attract first (and the YOTP oneshots, but that’s a monthly thing).

Anyway, I guess that’s the post. Some food for thought.

Yeah, it feels a little weird, and it won’t happen too often lol. But I wanted to draw my team from Cookie Run Kingdom, and I think this turned out really good. I *did* use a base though (for reference, not tracing) and it’s down below

Anyway, hope you guys like it. I’ll have something Dragon Ball related out soon. Maybe even tomorrow.

Okay so….i gotta vent.

Lately, work has been shit. I’ve been stressed and exhausted.

But there’s two things I’ve bern looking forward to that have helped me through this bullshit. One, I ordered a Shadow Milk Cookie plush on Amazon - before you say it, yes I know it’s not the original sellers. But I missed on the preorder, and thought maybe I could just find one like this. And two, I’ve been working on a drawing of my team on Cookie Run Kingdom. And it was almost finished too.

And what happens?

First, my plush turned out to be a bootleg - a bad one.

I knew this was a risk. I’m fully aware I did this to myself. But man, the disappointment is real. I wouldn’t even care about him being a bootleg if he just looked better! I’ve actually bought good bootlegs before! It’s possible!

*sigh* Anyway, as if that’s not enough. I try to calm my anger to finishing my almost complete drawing. Except the drawing app I use is kinda weird, and will sometimes not save drawings properly.

So guess which drawing got deleted? One I worked on for at least a few hours!!

So, yeah. I’m pretty steamed.

But. Nothing I can do about it. Luckily, my sister seems to like the bootleg, so bootleg Shadow Milk will still get a good home. And I guess I’ll just restart the drawing. I’ll also just wait till the official website restocks the plush - whenever the hell that will be.

Anyway, that’s it. I’m gonna read some fanfiction to make me feel better and go to bed.

But yeah, here is the April prompt oneshot for YOTP!! Yes, I did it super early this time, because I wanted it out of the way, and I needed to scratch my itch to write smut for these two. It *is* NSFW, so fair warning on that. But if you enjoy reverse roles, you might like this.

Okay, I’ve seen countless posts about how good this fic “Jambound” is. Apparently it’s a Shadownilla fic, so it’s officially caught my interest already.

There’s literally tons of fanart for it - for a fanfic!! I rarely ever see it for a fanfic!!

So yeah, looks like I gotta give it a shot.

(Also I’m totally feeling tempted to write my own CRK fanfic lol)

You guys remember the kitty or maid vote I did a while ago? Well here’s another one. No context (unless you remember last time) so just vote. It’ll only last for a few days.

Well, I got my Super Epic cookie team member. Meet Clotted Cream Cookie.

Not quite my first pick, but the selection was random, and I don’t feel like going through the gacha a thousand times to get a specific cookie (that was exhausting enough with Shadow Milk Cookie)

Besides, this guy is strong. The only downside being he’s my third magic supporter, but maybe that won’t matter. I don’t really care.

He looks surprisingly good with the rest of the team, so we’ll see how it goes. If by some chance I get a different guy, I *might* change him. But who knows, maybe he’ll grow on me.

You know what....I think I'm gonna take that writing break starting now actually. I don't think I've taken one since December, working on Opposites Attract and In Name Only practically nonstop for three months.

Now I'm staring at my documents with absolutely no energy. So yeah....time for a break.

Maybe throughout all of April. Except for the YOTP oneshot, I'll still do that. Otherwise, I need a break. Afterwards, I'll finish my side of In Name Only (several chapters are already done, they just aren't posted yet) and finish Opposites Attract.

Maybe I'll just do some drawing for awhile. That'll be nice.

So, I've been thinking about something regarding Opposites Attract....I think I'm gonna finish it sooner than I expected.

Truth be told, my motivation on it has been dropping significantly (my new obsession over Cookie Run Kingdom is not helping lol). I'm looking at all my notes, seeing how many more chapters I have planned (over twenty at this point) and honestly, I'm not sure I wanna write that many more chapters on it. I've been working on this fic since September of 2024, nearly half a year. I'm kinda ready for something new, but I usually don't like to start something new unless something else is finished.

So, here's what I'm thinking. I have a little more progress I need to do for In Name Only fic. And then I also have the April YOTP oneshot I gotta do.

But after that, I'll probably write about tenish more chapters for Opposites Attract, because there's a point that would actually make a great ending for this fic (in my opinion). And I'll add some sort of epilogue for it too. After that though, that'll probably be the end of it. Meaning I won't get to add a lot of stuff I've planned - including Glacia's appearance-

-yet. BUT!

I could probably come back to it later, and add bonus chapters for it when the motivation comes back, including Glacia's appearance. So the ideas won't be simply scraped or never seen again, cause of course I wanna write about my cute little girl. Just not right now. And I don't feel like writing ten-fifteen chapters of build up to do that.

So yeah, that's probably gonna be the plan. I hope that'll be alright with everyone reading it. Because honestly, once I finish my side of In Name Only, and finish Opposites Attract, I'll be in need of writing break - and by that, I mean I'll only do oneshots.

Sorry for the lengthy post. But this is something I've been thinking about since January, so it's not like it's "sudden" or something. Just something I wanted you guys to know. Please don't hate me lol.

….too bad you can only use 4 Beast, Ancient, Legendary and Dragon characters in the Arena. Which is stupid. So now it’s time to hunt for a Super Epic rank character. Which I haven’t gotten a single one yet, shockingly. We’ll make it work though.
