Peter, sad: I just got broken up with.

Tiny: YOU WERE DATING?!

Peter: Huh? No, of course not. My phone contractor said I had to find a new company…

Tony: Jesus kid, you know I *make* phones, right? You can get it for free.

Peter: But I was a loyal customer-

Tony: Don’t care. Get a phone from sales on your way to school tomorrow.

i'm sorry, i can't overlook the TINY because at least in the mcu it's pretty accurate

i think i never read a dps/house md fanfic where the nexus between the two groups is the cameron family. like, richard and allison can easily be family, their personalities can somehow be the product of similar upbringing even.

ALSO it can be a nice redemption from cameron (richard) to help locate neil after all those years and the events of the movie

i write this to the wind in case someone more creative wants to use it

This is brilliant, op!! Can't believe i never thought of this despite how I've made a joke about how there's a ship in both house and dps called chameron haha

oh I LOVE IT thank you for this

I think Richard would tell Meeks or Pitts that he found Neil and the word would spread. He's almost casual about it, tries to seem unaffected, but he cares a lot and makes sure the others know asap. Charlie is the only one who knew about Neil and Todd in school, so he insists that Todd should be the next one visiting him and not Charlie himself, as the others suggest. Todd would go to Princeton Plainsboro and try to sneak into the oncology wing. Of course House would notice even before Wilson like the lurker he is (affectionately, I love him). He plays detective as always and eventually discovers the truth. Neil is having a terrifying week with all those visits and his obsession with having a normal life.

Turns out House has a few of Todd's books on his shelves without suspecting that the author was Wilson's first love. And he starts making connections from the pages. He hates the idea of someone stealing his best friend, but Todd is way cooler than he was as a kid and doesn't engage in his bullshit. Even Charlie can play freaky and compete with House's games on his way. For that the Poets gain House respect and House convinces Wilson to reconnect with his high school friends because he thinks it would make him happy. Neil wasn't sure at first, even if he really wants, because he's afraid of risking the sort of stability he has now, but really considers it when House suggests it. He has to admit that he enjoys all those crazy people he loves trying to gain his attention (and affection) after years of being the pleaser. It feels nice to be wanted for what he is and not for what he can give.

Neil takes the time to bond with Richard like he never did in school, and marvels at how friendly Allison is, so different from the mask her brother puts on all the time.

House always suspected that any of Wilson's marriages worked out because he was gay all along (i hc wilson as bi but at least for me neil can be only gay), so he flirted with him for years just to prove his theory. Which really goes against my Hilson heart but we have to choose one of both ships or make them poliamory.

Chase once he gave up on House is one of my fav thing about the middle seasons. You're evil. See you around. Love him

i love that at first he was desperate to please any authority figure, even saw house as his own father whose validation he needed to earn, and then nah fuck it, you won't bully me around anymore
