Today, two unused months were discovered just beyond the array containing the 12 usual months. Month 14 doesn’t have a name, while month 13 is simply referred to as “Smarch”. Aside from these pointers and the one name, all that remains is broken weather data for the two months, likely using an early version of the weather data format. Smarch is designated to be a warm month with clear skies and 0% wind but also having snow, while Month 14 has a 115% precipitation level, no sunlight at all, and also features the unused Lightning2 object (0x007F) that was discovered last week, which can only exist with a humidity level less than 0%.
More information has come to light, such as the lengths of these months. Smarch is designated to have a reasonable 30 days, while Month 14 was discovered to have an astounding 51 days, which would have made it the longest month in the year by far.
If these months are added in a future update, the total length of a year would increase from 365 to 446 days.
Smarch also has code to gain 3 days during a leap year, bringing its total to 33 days.
