I'm so glad you liked them, I think representation is really important so I'm happy to do my part for people like us! And I do plan on continuing Remi's Version, along with some of my one-shots, too! I have lots of plans for this year if my brain decides to cooperate 🥰

I also got your follow-up immediately after this when you realised DOA was not, in fact, mine. Don't worry, it gave us a good laugh! 😂 @justallihere and I often joke that we share a brain cell across timezones so it's endlessly funny to us that we often get lumped in as the same person. I am her. She is me.

And because I am also her, I know what's coming in dead on arrival and I absolutely cannot wait to watch it unfold. You're going to scream, dear reader. I ~~threaten~~ promise, it's going to be glorious! ✨

My only (tentative) plan at the moment is to write a one shot for Tessa and Aaric! It would fill in a lot of background stuff going on with them + Tessa’s backstory that I love. Other than that, maybe some Dain/Sloane or Mira/Drake but I’m not particularly motivated to write either of those at the moment

I don’t! I’m allergic to cats and dogs, treatment is long and expensive, and I don’t really want to care for another living creature right now lol. Maybe sometime in the future!

I don’t know how constructive it is but someone should take adverbs away from me. I do want to get better at action/fight scenes and focusing more on the details and describing it more clearly

I just gotta say, I am absolutely loving DOA. I really loved everyone in SITQ and it's one of my all time fav fics, but something about the coziness, the banter, the characters being perfect in the Bones universe in DOA is giving SITQ a run for its money!

I absolutely love the way everyone is characterized and the latest chapter (9) was so damn sweet and I loved every moment.

Just millions of kudos for making such an amazing fic for a series I loved watching and a series I loved reading ♥️♥️

But for real I count down the days to the next chapters as much or if not more than I did for SITQA updates XD

Thank you! I can’t even really compare them in my mind because the entire experience writing them has been so different, but I have to say that DOA has been kind of a breath of fresh air. And I’m so glad so many people are loving it! I feel like modern AUs don’t do super well in this fandom? Anything that isn’t canon-compliant or canon-adjacent really. sitq was kind of the perfect storm of the right plot + timing so I was expecting to lose a lot of readers this time around

Bones has been a longtime favorite of mine and a huge comfort show for me, especially the past couple years, and I’ve had so much fun drawing inspo from that world to create something new. So thank you again!!! 🩷🩷
