like do you know how many ableists i hear complaining about how its overdiagnosed and people are faking it and theyre lazy and theyre basically not actually disabled and like i get that there are a large number of people with ADHD who are themselves ableist towards mad people, physically disabled people, cluster B people, etc. but like it makes me see red to see other disabled people- disability activists!- crack back with the same ableism i get directed at me by conservatives.
if you see a person with ADHD being ableist towards, like, your mental disability, and you choose to make a post about how people with ADHD are just normies who got a fake diagnosis and don't know what REAL disabilities are like, all you are doing is added a second ableist to the conversation.
