I'm told that Utsumi says in the audio commentary on the BD that there's 61 karuta cards and I found 61, albeit some of them only partial cards lol.... so here is my list!
with screenshots, Japanese text to the best of my ability (some of them are hard to read), and English translations
The karuta are supposed to be written in poem form and have 5 and 7 syllables in Japanese but for translating I just went with the closest meaning I didn't try to make them poems lol
Also, Miya and Reki's hand writing is too similar I tried to guess which one was which but I might have mixed a couple up.
Ok guys this is my official pitch to read mickey7 if you liked mickey 17! It is a) a fun book with a different from the movie but also great story, and a sequel which elaborates on creeper society b) it's an iconic piece of queer media (it paid for my gay wedding) and c) my dad is a nice guy who loves to write fun stories and every time I send him a screenshot of a mickey 17 meme I see on here he giggles and kicks his feet
