I'd love to say that this is the dumbest thing I've ever made, but we both know that's a lie
The villagers watched a mighty paladin battle the demon under the full moon. At long last, the demon was vanquished.

The paladin looked at the moon setting, then shuddered and seemed to shrink. The armour turned to mist, the sword became a cane.

There is stuff everywhere
and the problem is the stuff that is everywhere is the stuff I've been using and thus the stuff I want to keep
But I'm prevented from easily putting it away because of the stuff that is already away, stuff I haven't used and could theoretically be gotten rid of but its away so I don't think about it
but if I take it out it will contribute to the stuff being everywhere and just overwhelm me more and then nothing will get done at all...

On the bright side I am very pleasantly surprised by how size accurate both the paper cutter and the laser cutter are, not just internal repeatability, but to each other as well
Apropos of (almost) nothing: I'm the kind of pedant who dislikes calling tentacle porn "tentacle porn" not because I think it's aberrant but because, 98% of the time, what's being depicted are octoform arms or tendrils, not tentacles. Tentacles are defined by the clubbed ends, which are the only part that have suckers. If it's tapered and has suckers all the way down, it's an octoform arm; if it has no suckers at all, it's a tendril.

I have accumulated a lot of things and as such would like to display some of them, preferably without having to fit another bookcase in my room

The black ladder is stained pine which will be screwed to the wall and then the laser cut inserts will be added to each step partially so it's easier to take sections down to dust and partially to hide the wires, I'm going to hot glue some smart fairy lights into the holes in the backing board
