Naturally, Toya as your boyfriend showed up early, not wanting for you to deal with preparations alone. He showed up at your doorstep around 15 minutes early with small yet pretty box with small paper "from Toya" attached to it.
"Hello, I hope you don't mind me coming at this hour... I just wanted to help."
He stood awkwardly, fidgeting a bit with the gift he was holding. Seeing him, you naturally let him with small smile.
"Of course I don't! Come in, I'm just happy to see you here."
Blue haired boy handed you his gift as soon as he entered, which you gladly took, closing door after himself and later following you to the living room.
"What do you need help with? I could maybe help you with decorations? Or snacks?"
"I got everything settled by now, so no worries!"
Hearing your words, he gave you a little nod and sat down on couch with you.
"So... we can relax untill people come?"
You were about to give him a nod and tell him he's right, but then you heard another knock on the door and a loud exclamation, letting you know who it must be.
"Huh.. maybe another time..."
"It's alright. I promise I'll be next to you most of the time anyway. Let's celebrate for now, like you dreamed of."
He gave you a soft smile and gentle kiss on the back of your hand before following you to door, to answer door with you.

All you needed for your birthday was good movie, cake and boy with his arm around you~ And that's what you got!
Heck, you didn't even had to say anything and your boyfriend brought you finest cake you ever ate, refusing to say how much it costed but you did got WHERE he got it from and you knew... it wasn't cheap... But he doesn't care! He wanted what's finest for you!
Knowing your taste, he also asked one of his friends for movie recommendations, just to make sure you'll enjoy yourself~

After finishing the cake together, he swiftly took a tissue and simply cleaned your cheek, not wanting to disturb you much anymore when you seemed to be drawn into the story. But.. he seemed to fail...

"Yes but... you seemed to be very into the movie, so I thought I might to this for you."

You gently kissed his cheek in exchange, leaving him with gentle smile. He was smiling like a lovestruck puppy, but he always was that after receiving a kiss~ He can't deny it... he just loves you!

there's no rules about how your supposed to do self ship lore. you can't think of any pre-relationship stuff? jump right in to dating, heck, jump right in to being married! if you later come up with pre-relationship details, you can retroactively insert those into your lore! the reverse is also true! if you want to explore your and your f/o's dynamic pre-relationship, it's totally cool and valid to focus on that aspect and safe the relationship stuff for a later time! you can even change lore! as many times as you want! make aus for your self ships! make aus of aus! the possibilities are endless! including not really caring about the lore at all! self shippers who just want to imagine kissing their f/o(s) are just as valid as self shippers who have a ton of lore!

Not the anon, but Kosa is a bill that's soon going to pass where minors on the internet get their parents to see what they search up and restrict things that are deemed "inappropriate." When in reality it prevents kids who are trying to learn about the lbgtq community and kids trying to identify abuse. The bill will change the internet forever and NOT in a good way.

I’m writing to urge you to reject the Kids Online Safety Act, a misguided bill that would put vulnerable young people at risk. KOSA would fail to address the root issues related to kid’s safety online. Instead, it would endanger some of the most vulnerable people in our society while undermining human rights and children’s privacy. The bill would result in widespread internet censorship by pressuring platforms to use incredibly broad “content filters” and giving state Attorneys General the power to decide what content kids should and shouldn’t have access to online. This power could be abused in a number of ways and be politicized to censor information and resources. KOSA would also likely lead to the greater surveillance of children online by requiring platforms to gather data to verify user identity. There is a way to protect kids and all people online from egregious data abuse and harmful content targeting: passing a strong Federal data privacy law that prevents tech companies from collecting so much sensitive data about all of us in the first place, and gives individuals the ability to sue companies that misuse their data. KOSA, although well-meaning, must not move forward. Please protect privacy and stop the spread of censorship online by opposing KOSA.
AS OF FEBRUARY 21ST, 2024, WE GOT FIVE DAYS UNTIL THE DAY OF DECISION OF THE KOSA BILL, WHICH WILL CAUSE MASS CENSORSHIP ROUND THE INTERNET IF PASSED. OR DOOMSDAY. WE NEED EVERYONE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS AND CONTRIBUTE. I'M NOT GIVING UP ON YOU ALL.

i think as adults it’s our responsibility to be nice to kids and treat them with the respect we wish we got at that age and im not kidding or exaggerating in the least
self shippers with bdd, I know, I know it's so fucking hard to even look at yourself sometimes, and even harder to imagine someone could find you attractive/desire you for your physical apperance. So when self shipping is supposed to be used as a coping mechanism for that sort of thing, it feels nearly impossible because you get so wrapped up in those thoughts. "My f/o wouldn't think I'm pretty" "My f/o wouldn't find me attractive" "I physically can't imagine them comforting me and telling me how beautiful they think I am because I am a disgusting ugly monster." I get it, it's so fucking exhausting because you just want to be able to find comfort in the character you love most but you can't. But when you can't do that, just start by telling yourself that your f/o loves you. Because they do, I promise. Its so simple as that. It doesnt have to be tied to anything specific; they just love you. They really do. They love you and want to see you be happy again. Throw the thoughts about your apperance away and focus on the love they have for you in your heart because I promise it's there. They will hold you and coddle you all you need and wipe away your tears. Its ok. They don't mind. They just want to see you happy because you are their special person, no matter how ugly or unlovable you feel. They will repeat over and over again how they see you in their eyes by any means necessary. They see you with love. I promise. I promise they do.
