i think the first episode of season three of severance should actually just be a full 60 minute flashback of watching milchick train for work. the dance classes he obviously took. the weeks, months spent learning how to conduct for a marching band. practicing improv at the local bar's comedy night so he could outsmart the kier bot. the research he put into finding out kier's height just so he could get his ass.
zero time spent on business skills, computer skills, management skills. i want it realistic. i want to watch this man master every skill but running an office floor.

I know that realistically you can only fit so many movies into a list of approximately 100, but I cannot take that "How many of tumblr's favorite movies have you seen?" list that's been going around seriously because there are some truly egregious omissions.
