watching mid-century modern and i just wanna say it's so nice to see matt bomer in a role portraying queer joy and queer friendships. he's always fantastic telling these very dramatic and heartbreaking queer stories, but i think it's important to remember that happiness and community are also part of the queer experience

Well you see in the aftermath of Tommy’s reintroduction, when we all thought Buck and Tommy kissing was a funny haha joke, Tim did an interview where he said that his original plan was to have Lucy Donato to be their helicopter pilot but “our pilot had a pilot” (meaning Rescue: HI Surf, which stars Arielle) so Tim remembered that there’s another canon pilot character he could bring back: Tommy Kinard. In the process of this apparently the concept of Tommy being a love interest for Buck or (per LFJr) Eddie came up and it was decided that he would be Buck’s bi awakening, and the rest is history!

and when Buck and Tommy's wedding is scheduled for a Saturday, but they have to spend the day before apart, then Tommy decides to call Buck, because he doesn't want to go a day without hearing his fiancé's voice, and the end of the call goes like this:

Tommy says "and what are you doing on Saturday?"

Buck "oh I have plans on Saturday."

Tommy flirtatiously answers "yeah?"

And Tommy can practically hear Buck's smile through the phone when he answers "yes, I'm going to marry the love of my life."

i do think it's funny that buck got SO annoyed with tommy for the fact that he suggested buck might feel anything romantic about his bestie that his response was “i don't like eddie and i don't like you either btw!” oh no baby what is you doing 😔

My sister 👧 was 🏃‍♀️ abducted 🔪🤕. Uh she's 🙏 back 🫂🎉 now 👇. She's 👍 fine 👌. She's 😮 pregnant 🤰 in fact ✔️. The two 2️⃣ things are ❌ not 🙅‍♀️ connected.
