if we’re talking a standard deck of cards though, Spit was a sensation for over a year also at my middle school, and I have many good memories of playing it or watching friends play it

A bit random but this a Fallen London map appreciation post because this piece of art is utterly enchanting. While I’m playing and need to switch locations, half the time I spend a few minutes just staring in wonder. The way everything slots together is amazing, all the details are amazing. The frickin windows of the Royal Beth have their curtains in different positions. All the boards on the windows of the Shuttered Palace are placed differently. The walkways and staircases to the Flit are so well done. Crates are scattered around Wolfstack Docks. Roofs and walls have little imperfections. Some buildings are more dilapidated than others. Every doorway, window, tree, mushroom, awning, stalactite… I cannot imagine how long this took.

Idk, I was just thinking about this and wanted to get my thoughts out somewhere. I’m sure something like this has been said before but I don’t care. Thank You Fallen London for having a gorgeous cityscape.

She really is absolutely gorgeous. I keep wanting to unlock everything ever just to get more labels and places I can zoom closer into.

I want to play Fallen London again but the problem with Fallen London is that while you're playing it's all perfectly simple and ingrained but the moment you step away for like, a month, then when you come back suddenly the entire game is like "If you really want to continue this storyline you'll have to get 9 Whispers of a Lovelorn Dream and sell them to an authoritarian rabbit in the 87.2th circle of hell where it'll bestow on you the Token of an Inadequate Perfume-Maker, but first you'll need to buy the Indefatigable Jetski from the Fulminating Dowager at Watchmaker's Hill by collecting enough Pieces of the Flayed Corpse of God and converting them into Baptized Rat Kings." and I'm like wow I cannot believe how recently I understood what all of that meant. but now I. do not.

the zub was an *insane* grind for my first ship but looking back now? All those materials are no longer nearly as painful to obtain, and I have methods for each one. it’s just slightly annoying instead of the Massive Task
