Senate voted 83-15 (all fifteen were Dems) last night to shut down Bernie Sandersโ โstop aiding Israelโ motion lol. Even wider margin than last time. So thank you to 83 of our senators.
Funny that Jon Ossoff only switched his vote when he started losing support from Jews in Georgia and he conveniently remembered heโs up for reelection next year.
Thereโs a whole lot of Jews who are only Jewish when itโs convenient to them (singers, actors, athletes, politicians, etc), and itโs an issue on both sides of the political aisle.
In any case, Iโll never understand why Bernie, who calls himself Jewish, is so insistent on making it very clear how much he hates Israel. He can obviously disagree with the Israeli government and the IDF, but I donโt get why he even bothers to claim that he cares about Israel.

"free Palestine" so they can burn Israel to the ground? both Hamas and the president have said that they want every Jew to die, while Israel has tried to cohabitate (20% of the Israelite population is Arab, and they have an Arab sitting on their supreme court and have tried negotiating a split of the strip in regard to where there are more Israelites/Jews versus Arabs), but noooooo Israel doing this in self-defence after Hamas killed thousands of people and have stated their intentions of mass genocide is sooooooo wrong
It's just so hopeless. The main "pro Palestine" student organization was already investigated under the Biden administration and found to be partially funded by Hamas. Now there's ironclad proof that student organizers had prior knowledge of the Oct 7th attacks and that instead of reporting it, they coordinated a planned propaganda campaign in support of it that began before the attacks even started. And no one is going to give a shit. This should be headline news. It should have been headline news last year when the House Committee on Oversight and Accountabilityย found they were being funded by Hamas. But it wasn't, and it won't be now either. I'd bet a good chunk of my savings that no non-Jewish news networks besides Fox News and the NY Post will pick this story up at all. Even those will just run it once before going back to their regularly scheduled programming about how immigrants are coming to eat your cats and dogs.
It's so fucking crazy. We have actual terrorist propaganda arms operating out of Ivy League universities, that are receiving funds from their parent terror organizations, that are being given prior knowledge of terrorist attacks in order to coordinate propaganda campaigns in support of them. And no one is doing anything about it. No one is even talking about it. The media coverage these university organizations recieve is entirely positive and sympathetic. No one ever mentions that they were already previously found to be receiving funds from Hamas and no one ever brings up how their own stated goals in their own words is the support of Hamas and the "total eradication of Western Civilization." The second any of these universities face any consequences for allowing their students to operate as actual terrorist collaborators, the entire planet freaks out and says the peaceful anti war protesters are being oppressed. What the fuck is going on right now. Sometimes I can't even fault gentiles for claiming we're all being hysterical and lying, because this is all so insane and hard to believe.
instagram is so crazy antisemitic always and its usually just dumb kids with 2 second attention spans and no real guidance. just wild that people are out here talking like that. its barely even to be antisemitic anymore so much of it is to just fit in, they always repeat the same few phrases like "271k" (in reference to the number of jews antisemities think were killed in the holocaust) and "they were promised this 3000 years ago" (referring to israel being the promised land). if you dont hate jews youre seen as embarassing and thats a concerning message to be pushing onto children. anyone who contests these beliefs is immediately dogpiled, even if they only say factual things.
social media, especially short form content like instagram, is rampant with all types of bigotry like antisemitism. people are being fed information that confirms their beliefs over and over and over again in an addictive format while being in an echo chamber of people just like them. we've already seen the damage that full online freedom in the preteenn/teen ages has done to some young adults (i see it in some of my peers), but its probably gonna get worse as more kids are being raised like this before they even know right vs wrong. they will learn to hate jews before they know what judaism is and thats scary.
Like you'll have a conversation with a leftist about "prison abolition" and when you're like ok what happens when there's a hate crime they're like that will never happen. And you are like ok well what if it does and they're like well in that extraordinarily unlikely almost impossible case, justice would be enacted by The Community. Yeah, as an American I do support that. You see, itโs a law thatโs been around for decades. Non citizens are subject to deportation for supporting foreign terrorist organizations. The US sees Hamas as a foreign terrorist organization.
People donโt seem to get that there is a HUGE difference between supporting Palestine and being pro Hamas. Iโm all for free speech, and if you think chanting โriver to the seaโ helps your cause, then go ahead and do that. But harrasing Jewish students on campus, preventing others from getting to class, and straight up supporting a terrorist organization isnโt free speech.
