You were content with the idea of completely ignoring Thanos, his odd claims and even weirder way of flirting. Sure, it was fairly entertaining but it wasn't something you planned to put up with for long.

That was until he walked up to your bunk with a friend in towe. A friend that immediately caught your eye.

"Ayy Senorita!" He draws out in his usual musical tone, behind him a man that looked uninterested, perhaps even annoyed to be there making you grin slightly.

"Aren't ya gonna come down." A whiney voice calls up to you, his face pulling into a frown as he crossed his arms.

"Dude, this a waste of time let's just go." He's still behind Thanos, a hand already on his shoulder, nudging him slightly, hoping to convince him to turn back, and as his gaze went from him to you he stops. The eye contact he made with you was so undeniable you actually looked at the rapper directly for once, startled by how your heart suddenly raced.

It was his birthday, it was all coincidence. Honestly. They had decided to go to a nice restaurant instead of the dodgy bar they typically frequented. Nicer pay meant nicer things thanks to the random return of Gi-hun. He hadn't thought he'd chance upon someone like you, not once.

He had noticed you from the moment you welcomed him and his several unbiological brothers into the restaurant. All pretty eyes and glossy smiling lips. Immediately standing up taller when your eyes land on him and gesture to a suitable table, hoping he hadn't let his mouth actually gape upon seeing you.

He's decent at acting at least a respectful level of normal but of course his boss picks up his change in behaviour, eyeing him weirdly before following you, their waitress for tonight.

The games were getting boring, the high the drugs have him initially didn't hit the same and his body constantly craved for another outlet. It was infuriating, it was like his body ached to release this frustration he couldn't make out where from.

Lately though, he's felt like he's been watched by one of the guards with the square symbol on their mask, he knew it was their job and all to keep an eye on them to shoot them down when players are eliminated but damn this one guard had been staring him down hard. He'd just spare a dirty look before but now it'd been making him paranoid.

So much so it had him tossing and turning in his bed, the mattresses are too thin and pillows too flat. It was driving him mad. Sighing with new found resolution he pushed himself off his back and made his descent down the bunk. A little splash of water would do him good. He hoped at least. Or he would actually lose his shit.

Dragging his feet lazily to bang at the door for the guards to open it. He didn't bother being polite, watching other people's experiences it was easier to let them know you're serious about going from the get go. And it worked. A circle guard begrudgingly opened the door and escorted him to the bathroom.

He'd spent quite a bit of time just staring at himself in the mirror blankly as he watched the water trickle down his face to the sink bowl below. The constant battling with the morals of himself and why he deserved to be in here in the first place were clouding his mind without the mind nulling effects of Thanos' drugs.

Swearing dismissively at his own thoughts he pushed himself off the sink and walks out of the bathroom. Except this time he's greeted by a square guard rather than the circle one from before, the fact alone had the hairs at the back of his neck stand on end as he warily followed after them at the silent gesture of their head.

He finds himself being backed up into the bathroom again, the door now closing with a resounding click that had him on edge immediately as his eyes scanned his surroundings then back on you.

"What do you want huh?"

It was not new knowledge to you how much Nam-gyu craved validation from others, even when he wasn't verbal about it. The small acts of service he does for you that he tries to brush off as casual, but the way his posture seems to straighten up when you thank him will never not be the sweetest thing ever. Smiling knowingly as he leans against your shoulder on the couch later.

He's always looking for a way to gain your attention and kind words, he yearns for them. Only you had this type of leash on him and he was pretty happy following you around like a dog. He'd never admit how much he needs you though, that validation you give him. But there's more than way to show appreciation.

So when you're lying back on your bed watching Tv you're not surprised when he pushes your zip up hoodie off your shoulders and starts kissing up your neck and pressing his body to yours.

"Not even a hello?"

"No...sorry."
